This beautiful new facility just opened up, and it’s becoming quickly my favourite. Knowledgeable coaches and Aaron is a BJJ master, even if you have no experience. The coaches are experienced and always learning new advanced techniques. If you have never tried jiu-jitsu and want to I highly recommend this place, Aaron is passionate about teaching everyone the art, experienced or not!

Started @ Hamilton BJJ in August with zero experience and have gained invaluable knowledge. Training under Aaron improved my self defence, fitness and mental health. 5/5 would highly recommend this gym.

Hamilton BJJ provides top shelf instruction for the absolute beginner all the way up to the advanced practitioner. Aaron is a phenomenal coach and an excellent choice for those currently training or considering training BJJ/Grappling in the Hamilton/Stoney Creek area.
