  I'm a member of this club and I highly recommend it. I've been a member for many years. My daughters started when they were 10 and 11, and this practice has helped them grow into independent and self-sufficient individuals. Their self-esteem and confidence are better than when they started, and as a mother, I'm very happy because, besides being a club, we're a big family! I'm 50 years old, and at first, I felt a little shy because my movements were slower than the others, but the instructor's patience gave me confidence! Thank you!
