    I’m getting back into Bjj after being at another gym that I felt wasn’t equipped at teaching things to the neurodivergent crowd. Iv only been at boa for a couple days now and have attended the Bjj fundamentals and their no gi class, and it’s amazing how things are taught in a sequential manner. Having adhd and slight dyslexia it’s a nerve racking thing stepping into a new sport. Dan and his team makes it super super easy and approachable. He’ll stop the class if he sees the same error pop up twice amongst students. Very cool gym, no drama. And their Muay Thai classes are super fun as well! Looking forward to seeing how my learning will grow now that I have instructors who can break it down for me. They also give a military discount which is super rad! Love the support for those that are serving or have served.

    Awesome gym for everyone in my family. I’ve know the owners for years as I’ve been training for 17 years. My son is now a year into training and my wife joined soon after him. Boa meets you where you are - if you want to compete you can be confident that our training will prepare you for that at the highest levels. If you are just trying to build a healthy habit surrounded by cool people we’ve got that covered as well. I have trained at dozens of gyms and boa has something special going on.

    BOA is an excellent gym. As a martial artist with a striking background, I wanted to expand my knowledge in grappling arts. After searching and talking to various gyms, I decided to try out BOA. My goal was to train for a year and expand my knowledge base. Three years later, I'm still loving training. I can't say enough good things about this place and the people there. The students and instructors have great attitudes. The instruction is very professional and skilled. The head coach, Dan, is an awesome guy. He is super knowledgable and he always impresses me with his skill. Ari and Grayson, two of the other instructors are also highly knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. This gym offers Jiu Jitsu, Judo, kids' Jiu Jitsu, wrestling and cardio kick boxing. It has a great atmosphere, and is clean and safe. This school has plenty of black belts and other high ranking belts. Whether you are interested in improving your Jiu Jitsu, learning self defense, getting a great workout or competition- BOA is your place!

    I started coming to BOA to participate in an activity with my hubby and kids. That quickly changed from going for them to going for me! I have never felt so welcomed and encouraged in any gym! The coaching staff are knowledgeable and patient. They push you the exact amount necessary for you to be your best! They love my children (and hubby) and have encouraged them (and me) to be confident and strong. I am so grateful for everyone at BOA. It’s a fantastic family to be a part of! I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
