  Visiting on vacation I stopped in for a work out. I could not have been happier with the friendly welcome I received. We talked bjj, fishing and hunting so i was in heaven. The rolls are tough and the skill is top notch. Met some great people and hope to be back some day. Thanks again to the Black Arrow family for the hospitality and your dear story is safe with me! If you’re in town on a visit or you are thinking of staring a bjj journey do not hesitate to make this gym a part of your life.

  Had a fantastic experience training at Black Arrow Martial Arts while visiting the area from Texas. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the instruction was top-notch. Highly recommend checking them out if you're local or just passing through!

  I’ve been training with Black Arrow for about 5 years now and I have nothing but good things to say. The professors are incredible and offer top tier instruction, very high level jiu jitsu. Joining this Team has really shaped me into the person I am today and has been a huge part in my personal growth. Black arrow isnt just a place where I come and train black arrow has become my family and I’ve met the most wonderful people here. I could not recommend this place enough, I feel very lucky to be apart of the Black Arrow team!

  Both my son and I have been training here for just shy of 2.5 years and we love it. The atmosphere and culture is inclusive and upbeat. The level of expertise and instruction is world class. There is a reason this place has been voted Brainerd’s Best Fitness center for 5 consecutive years. The kids classes have taught my son so many life skills and developed so much character in him… confidence, respect, and drive to name a few. Many of my friends have been made while training with these professionals.
