  I've been taking a personal training class from Michelle for the past year and thoroughly enjoy it! While I often still end up sore the next day, I feel that she has really helped me get back on track with my exercise routine. I may not be a spring chicken, but I feel stronger than I have in a long time. And the really nice aspect of this class is that Michelle seems to enjoy teaching it as much as we enjoy participating in it. Thanks so much, Michelle!

  I've been in training with Sensei Michelle Behrns off and on for almost a decade. Her self accomplishments and passion for Karate, self defense and physical fitness speaks for itself. Her ability to teach her skills and knowledge to her students and fitness class is always respectful, adaptable, effective and yes fun.

  If you are looking for the best, most nonjudgmental class to exercise with come here for HIIT or HIIT bootcamp. I am a 48 year old, overweight women and I've been with Michelle on and off for several years. She is the absolute best! It doesn't matter what your fitness level is, she will take the time to figure out what works best for you. Injured? Tell her, she'll work around it. Tired? Tell her. She will scale it back for you. Can't do certain things? Tell her.. she will accommodate you. The best part is there is absolutely No judgement here! None!! Everyone accepts everyone for who they are and where they are at. The encouragement is unbelievable! If you are looking to lose weight, tone up, relieve stress, or just exercise to keep eating your favorite foods. This is the place for you!! Go check her out. You will not regret it!

  Their firearms simulator is amazing and the only one within at least 1 hour drive of Bedford VA. Highly Recommended! The owners are very kind, respectful, and helpful. I definitely recommend this simulator for anyone who owns or is considering buying a gun. The lessons learned in this training could save your life. Well worth the money!
