This is a great gym! We registered my son for summer camp and this has been the best experience he’s had at camp so far! By day 2 he was running in and forgetting to say bye, which tells me he was having fun, safe and happy! Thanks to the coach for going the extra mile to make sure we got the best out of the gym! We definitely will be doing camp and some personal sessions again!

I recently joined the Spartan Training classes at Battle Arts Academy in Mississauga, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The classes are extremely well structured, challenging, and intense, with a great mix of circuit training that keeps every workout engaging and effective. The instructors are knowledgeable, passionate, and truly invested in helping members improve. They pay close attention to your form, provide corrections along the way, and make sure you are training safely while pushing yourself to your full potential. The group atmosphere is also fantastic — it’s a great community of motivated people who make every workout more enjoyable. Beyond Spartan Training, Battle Arts Academy is also well known for its excellent boxing classes for both kids and adults. The facility is very well equipped, and it’s clear why the gym has become such a popular place for fitness and martial arts training in the community. The customer service is outstanding, and the membership options are very affordable compared with many other gyms. Their annual membership also comes with a flexible cancellation policy, which provides great peace of mind. Overall, Battle Arts Academy offers a great combination of quality coaching, a welcoming community, excellent facilities, and fair pricing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serious but supportive place to train and get fit.

Battle arts is by far the best place to learn wrestling for primary-middle schoolers, high schoolers and seniors. It's coaches are high level former wrestlers. The conditioning is amazing, it offers four 2 hour lessons each week. I strongly recommend this place.

I have gone to this gym 4 times so far. It is challenging and effective. I highly recommend giving it a go. The coach is attentive and makes sure you are doing all the exercises properly. What is also great is that there are 3 classes a day to choose from during the week and classes are available on the weekend too. I highly recommend this gym.

Amazing gym with a great atmosphere! The high-energy music keeps workouts motivating. Coach Neal is genuinely helpful. I really appreciate the focus on progressive overload and structured training to help achieve consistent improvements in strength and fitness. Highly recommend!

Amazing gym, lots of space, classes are well taught, coaches are very encouraging and are wonderful people. Would absolutely recommend if you’re trying to get a good workout and learn lots of new skills!

Attended the Deka Strong event at Battle Arts Academy and it was super well organized with great energy. Loved seeing several vendors doing demos, and I was pleasantly surprised there was a chiropractor on site — perfect timing since I was dealing with an acute injury before the event. Awesome experience overall!

I was really impressed with the atmosphere at Battle Arts. There is a massive team building energy. The facility is well set up, clean. If you want a supportive team with you on your fitness journey check them out! Highly recommend

I recently started attending DEKA classes here and it is amazing! The workouts are intense, fun, and effective. I feel stronger and more energized after just a short time. The coaches are supportive and motivating, and the community vibe makes it even better. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience at Battle Arts Academy! We did a mock DEKA workout with Darren and it was amazing. The facility is excellent and our whole group had a great time. Looking forward to coming back again to train!
