I recently started attending DEKA classes here and it is amazing! The workouts are intense, fun, and effective. I feel stronger and more energized after just a short time. The coaches are supportive and motivating, and the community vibe makes it even better. Highly recommend!

Amazing gym, lots of space, classes are well taught, coaches are very encouraging and are wonderful people. Would absolutely recommend if you’re trying to get a good workout and learn lots of new skills!

Fantastic experience at Battle Arts Academy! We did a mock DEKA workout with Darren and it was amazing. The facility is excellent and our whole group had a great time. Looking forward to coming back again to train!

Attended the Deka Strong event at Battle Arts Academy and it was super well organized with great energy. Loved seeing several vendors doing demos, and I was pleasantly surprised there was a chiropractor on site — perfect timing since I was dealing with an acute injury before the event. Awesome experience overall!
