The equipment at Forge Performance Institute is top-notch, the space is always clean, and the atmosphere is motivating. The staff are super friendly and membership prices are competitively priced. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this gym for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most inclusive places I’ve ever been. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, no matter my fitness level or background. The trainers are supportive and always push everyone to become stronger, both physically and mentally, but they do it in a way that’s motivating and empowering. The staff at Forge are extremely motivating. Thank you, Mike and Stephen, for making my experience so positive! :)

The absolute best gym I have ever been to! Great equipment and overall vibe, great tight knit community, and not expensive at all. A powerlifters dream for sure!

I have been a member of this gym since March 2024 and I am thoroughly impressed with all the changes they’ve made from the old location. The facility features some of the best equipment in the GTA. 6 combo racks, 4 deadlift platforms, heavy dumbbells, and great selection of accessory machines. Forge has some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever seen. I am proud to call myself a member here

Love that it's 24/7! The community is amazing and welcomes all levels of lifters. Gym has been moved to a new location and has been catering to powerlifting a lot! 5 new combo racks and most of them being OPA approved is amazing. Training has been fun and amazing here. I highly recommend this to any level lifter.
