A great place! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Egos left at the door. My son (14) has been training with them since Feb 26 and hasn't looked back 🙌
Great coaches very skilled won't find better everyone who attends no matter the age is kind helpful and we're all there for one reason highly recommend amazing set up great location. Hats off to atos jui jitsu
My son started here the first day it opened and he loves it. Its built his confidence, made him open up and believe in himself. Couldn't be more happy. Thanks to all the instructors. You do an amazing job. The venue is also incredible and so immaculate.
Both my son and daughter have been attending for around 6 months now and have grown in strength and confidence, particularly my daughter. We cannot wait for what the future holds. Great coaches!
Great discipline and has improved my child’s confidence. There are also private 1-2-1/small group classes on offer. Would recommend to all and all coaches are friendly and informative. There is an app that easily lets you book your child into classes.
This gym is on another level. The coaching team is outstanding—knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress. The atmosphere is energetic and friendly, making every session enjoyable. They’re fantastic with children too, creating a safe and fun space for them to learn. Couldn’t ask for more.
It’s hard to put into words just how special this coaching team is. Professors Tom and Danny lead with professionalism, passion, and genuine care for every child that walks through the doors. They’ve created an environment that is not only structured and disciplined, but also incredibly positive and supportive. The coaches — Serena, Amrick, Lucy, Chris, and Elijah — are outstanding role models for the kids. They bring so much energy, patience, and enthusiasm to every class. They know how to encourage and build confidence while still being firm and assertive, helping the children develop both skill and respect. What truly stands out is how much they care about the kids as individuals. They don’t just teach Jiu Jitsu — they help the children grow in confidence, resilience, and character. You can see the passion they have for helping every child thrive, improve, and believe in themselves. Watching my boys develop under this team is inspiring. It’s more than a martial arts class — it’s a place where children are supported, challenged, and empowered to become the best version of themselves. An incredible team, and a fantastic environment for kids to learn, grow, and succeed. #TeamAlba
The best academy and coaching staff around, both my kids have been involved with Atos for a number of years, the development they have made within the academy and school is unbelievable, it’s about a lot more than just the gym my kids have excelled in key areas that the new generation of kids lack.
Posted 1 year agoIncredible facilities and training all round!! Very welcoming atmosphere and Tom and all the coaches are friendly, approachable and happy to help! Can’t recommend it enough and I’m looking forward to being part of a growing team!!
Posted 1 year agoWe are so glad to have found Atos Solihull. Like a lot of parents, we were desperate to find a sport that our son enjoyed and to get him away from spending so much time on ‘screens’. This has been a game changer. Our son is happy to go to all the classes and he thoroughly enjoys them. His fitness levels have improved along with his confidence. Thank you to the staff/coaches at Atos!
Posted 1 year agoIncredible facility!! You will not find a jujutsu academy up to this standard! Fresh, clean bright! Stand alone levels. Soon as you walk in your greeted into the family.
Posted 1 year agoGreat school to learn jiu jitsu. The coaching staff are friendly, respectful and the knowledge they have is second to none. The way they teach their classes are amazing and I couldn’t recommend training at Atos enough!!
