I had never done BJJ or other martial arts before. I went in expecting it to be normally awkward and foreign at first, but that never happened. Faye was my main instructor and Andre was secondary. They were both exceptional, but Faye was the entire reason why it felt the way it did. She was excellent at guiding me throughout different techniques and exercises. The environment inside was clean, filled with kids and adults alike, and it was clear to see that everyone wanted to be there, especially the kids. On my way out Bruno, the lead instructor, recognized I was new and paused to shake my hand and ask me if I enjoyed it. I think that was a very nice touch. I came out feeling refreshed. It was a gentle but decent amount of workout for my first day. It was great.
I’ve been here since covid, and I really enjoy learning jiujitsu here. Everyone is super chill and instruction in every class is top notch and detail oriented. Atos ⚔️🛡️💪

ATOS BJJ is an incredible gym that has programs (Gi & No-Gi) for both adults and kids. The academy is very clean and the staff is really friendly/helpful. Professor Bruno has a great team of other professors and coaches that help him bring out the best of the BJJ athlete. The ratio of instructor to students is perfect, with the students getting the best personal attention needed. The kids competition team is the best around the southeast region with kids traveling from hours away to train here. The kids program will not only teach self defense, but build personal growth and confidence, as well as, overcoming challenges while becoming an athlete. It will all show in their daily lives. From the hobbyist to the competitor, young to old, this academy is a great place to start or even continue a journey in martial arts.

I came from another school as a purple belt, which was the only school I had ever trained at. I can confidently say that this facility, professor and instructors are on a much more professional and developmentally sound level when it comes to the most progressive and modern form of Jiu Jitsu practices from both the nogi level and gi level. Bruno and his instructors pay close attention to each of their students and are very hands on with each and every one of their students. I can see myself progressing at a much more diligent pace and can tell that all of the staff really care about each and every one of their students. Our son has been attending Atos for almost 6 months now. We drive over 1hr to get to class. Since attending, my sons JiuJitsu IQ has increased 10x. Professor Bruno is an outstanding technical instructor and gives the students plenty of attention and details. The academy is clean and beautiful. The schedule is robust and perfect for the average practitioner looking to improve their life through JiuJitsu as well as the competitive athlete. The students are highly skilled great training partners and make for an overall positive experience.

My son Topher and my nephew Xander just enrolled six weeks ago for Monday Wednesday twice a week with coach Andre and coach Jesse. The boys love it so much and they have progressed so fast. The gym is so clean and all the staff are amazing. Would recommend ATOS to family and friends.
Great jiu jitsu, great atmosphere, and amazing instructors. Professor Bruno is top notch and Professor Alex is the future. Getting to learn from them is exactly what I needed. The instructions are so good I'm willing to wake up at 5am just to train the morning class.

Atos ATL provides world class level jiu jitsu instruction from Professor Bruno. I'm lucky to have found a great gym so close to home. I've trained at gyms across the country and a couple of things that stand out at Atos are: clean mats, friendly attitudes, clean locker rooms w/ showers, helpful front desk, and a class calendar that can fit any work or school schedule. There's something for everybody here, whether it's competition training, no-gi, gi, kids classes, or trying to get in better shape.
Atos has first class instructors who care about their students. Professor Frazatto has assembled an incredible team of professionals who are dedicated to the craft of Jiu Jitsu and teaching it to others. We are so thankful that our oldest son has the opportunity to train here currently and look forward to many more years for him and his little brother who will be rolling before too long.

Atos Atlanta is by far the best academy I’ve had the pleasure of training at. It is the only Bjj school I’ve been to that doesn’t smell like a gym. The instruction and atmosphere is second too none.
I don’t think I can say enough great things about this BJJ gym and what this team of extraordinary people has done for our kids. From the world class instruction to the empathy and patience the instructors display with all the kids, we couldn’t be happier that we found Atos. I even brought my father to watch our oldest here, he is a national collegiate championship boxing coach, and he was so impressed with the facility and coaching as well. If you are even thinking about it, you must do the free trial to at least see for yourself how amazing this place is!

I've been to other gyms, and you will not find a better place to learn this amazing martial art. It doesn't matter your age or athleticism or gender or anything, this is the place that you want to train. And if you happen to want to be a high level competitor, Professor Bruno is a world class competitor with the medals to prove it and, more importantly, the best teacher any student could ask for. Just Google him. Come be a part of the Atos family. Edit: it's been almost 2 years, and everything I wrote back then is still true. Many gyms have a closed feel for beginners - not Atos. Everyone is immediately welcomed and made to feel a part of the group. If you've had bad experiences at other gyms, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at Atos.

This academy is superb! Very clean, inviting atmosphere. It may sound strange, but first time I walked in, I thought "man it smells great in here!" That is a very hard thing to maintain at fitness facility, let alone a bjj academy, big praise! Professor Bruno makes this place what it is. He is extremely knowledgeable and very talented at delivery when it comes to teaching his students. He pays close attention to everyone in the class and makes a point of asking every student at the end of class if they have any questions, that's an amazing thing to have in a bjj academy. I am very grateful that I stumbled upon Atos Atlanta. I plan to attend class here for as long as I live in the area.
Jiu-Jitsu is the first sport I have ever done in my life. When I first came here I was nervous but it was the best choice I ever made. Professor Bruno has so much passion for what he does. I as a 5 ft 104 lb girl learned how to defend my self. The classes also helped my anxiety and gave me confidence that I never had. Everyone there is always there to answer any questions and help you with anything. I highly recommend this gym! It changed my life.

Structured training for all experience levels. You know what you're going to be working on for the entire week, it's not a coach just winging it and teaching you what the feel like teaching. This way the progress is streamlined and you understand the techniques in depth rather than simply knowing how to do them.
The facility is amazing, very well kept and organized. Professor Bruno is one of the best instructors I ever had, he is very insightful and gives everyone the same level of attention regardless if you’re an active competitor or just there for the love of the sport. Honestly this is the best gym I ever got to train at.

I've been training Jiu-Jitsu for almost 12 years now and have visited gyms all over the country while traveling for work. I can say that Atos Atlanta is one of the nicest academies I have ever attended. Bruno is a world class instructor and the training is focused and effective. No matter your skill level, you have much to gain from training here. Highly Recommended.

I am Brazilian and have been in many BJJ schools over many years, Atos Atlanta is a game changer. I am particularly interested in the kids competition program. You won't find a better Jiu-Jitsu gym! The facility is modern, clean, and spacious - TWO MATS - , staff is welcoming and knowledgeable , and you won't find better instruction ANYWHERE. Professor Frazatto is an exceptional teacher. He truly cares about each student and their goals/progression within the sport, whether you are a competitor or hobbiest. His passion for jiujitsu and teaching is evident in each class and shows thru in each student.
I have been training BJJ for almost 20 years and Atos Atlanta has blown me away. In addition to being modern and spotless, the energy from Professor Frazatto is great and can be felt immediately upon entering. The instruction and willingness to adapt positions for specific situations and body types is truly a world class experience. Professor Frazatto is an "encyclopedia" of the sport with one of the deepest knowledge bases I have ever seen.

I joined the new Atos Atlanta remotely based on the stellar reputation of Professor Bruno Frazatto. My wife, kids, and I are moving up to the area in the next month and I can't wait to get back on the mats after several months of quarantine. When I knew I was moving, my current coach and I reviewed my best options up there. Not surprisingly, he made sure I reach out when they announced they were opining. Professor Bruno was great to speak with and is clearly excited about growing his team in Atlanta. I'm almost 40 years old with a year and a half of training. BJJ is for everyone. If you're interested in training, I would suggest trying a place like this that specializes and is led by very knowledgeable coaches.
