  The The atmosphere is electric—whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, the community is welcoming and motivating. The trainers Mr G and Mr Newman are highly skilled, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping you improve your technique, fitness, and confidence. If your looking for a great martial arts place i highly recommend checking it out!

  I joined a 0615 Wednesday boxing class with Gary and it went great . A gentle introduction to boxing fitness. I’m looking forward to doing a boxing technique / BJJ class here aswell

  Absolutely amazing!! The coaches are magic with the kids and getting them to do things. My social anxiety mister 5 is absolutely LOVING it after just a month and it only took them a session to get him comfortable and hooked. His self-confidence has exploded thanks to his coaches and the training.

  A great Little Dragons program at ATI Claremont, my now 4 year old has enjoyed and learned a lot about self confidence and discipline since he started at the age of 3. He looks up to his instructors, Mr G (Brandon) who is an exceptional role model and always shows genuine support and encouragement as well as Mr Newman (Gary), who he can count on for some high energy fun in class. A great team and facility.

  I have been training at ATI Claremont for nearly 3 years and wouldn't want to train anywhere else. The team of Mr Newman and Mr G are extremely supportive and very experienced, they treat every student with respect regardless of their age or what discipline they are training in. I always look forward to each training session, I would highly recommend.
