I have been training with Professor Aldo for two years. This is a very traditional Gracie academy. Everyone is friendly and welcoming to newcomers. If you are an experienced practitioner of BJJ, you will find that there are enough experienced students to challenge you. If you are a beginner, you will find that everyone is willing to help you learn and excel. The team here is very supportive.

Whether you are thinking about giving Jiu-Jitsu a go or an experienced colour belt, I would highly recommend Gracie Humaita Wembley. I started training BJJ at this gym 3 years ago and have loved it since day one. Professor Aldo is very personable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everyone involved in the gym also share these traits and it is like a big family.

Gracie Humita Wembley is so much more than a team, it’s a family. The Professor and Coaches do a great job at accommodating all different levels of experience from those who are attending a class for the first time, to those who have been attending for years. As someone who had no experience in BJJ, I couldn’t recommend Gracie highly enough. Gracie Humita Wembley is a high energy environment filled with friendly and passionate people, an energy you can feel from the moment you walk in the front door. Gracie is a clean, friendly and safe environment for women, men and children of all ages. Professor Aldo is a very experienced, very technical and patient coach. From years of constant training and coaching his expertise is well received from a mixed group of members to the Gracie Humaitá Family. Everybody here is eager to learn from each other in a friendly, knowledgable environment and everybody respects everybody’s different ability levels and motivations. If you are looking for a good gym to continue training BJJ or to start a new hobby as a beginner, I would definitely recommend Gracie Humaitá at Wembley.

Highly recommend taking up or training Gracie Jiu-Jitsu at this facility. The Professor Aldo is a charismatic, friendly coach and an excellent teacher. The training partners are very welcoming and the training environment is always enjoyable. Overall a great place to learn self-defence and BJJ.
