Best customer service I have ever received. I came here to buy a bokken but the owner let me try out his new katana. You can find everything related to martial arts over here. I love the vibe of the store, it feels like a hidden gem of a martial arts store.

I was passing Ray's on leaving the city. I had no intention of shopping ( for anything), but thought I'd drop in to see what products he stocked . Ray is truly one of a kind. It was obvious he was there to HELP, NOT "just sell" . We had about 45 mins chatting and I realised he's not just a people person, (that happens to own a long standing M.A store). He's empathatic, kind, intelligent,has spades wisdom, and someone that I will always go to for Martial Arts equipment. I simply can't review him highly enough. I walked out with a heap of protective gear, but more importantly, a real connection to Ray. Please take this review into account before you buy ANY M.A. equipment. This guy owns the store., provides what you need (at an incredibly decent price), but I'm sure you'll find the purchase was simply transactionional. Ray was THE reason to buy, stay and chat, and walk away feeling lucky you've meant such a truly special and decent human being. This man exudes trust and intergrity. Thanks Ray. You're a legend!
