  I was looking for something completely different from my day-to-day life, when I stumbled upon this Muay Thai gym. Even though I had no prior experience and it could be intimidating at first, but they deliver and patience is key. For a sneak peek into the gym's atmosphere, take a look at their Instagram stories. They even offer the first two classes for free! The coach is exceptional, the community is supportive, and they provide a range of membership options to fit everyone's needs.

  First impression was a very welcoming atmosphere. People of all skill levels with more experienced guys taking the time out of there sessions to help others. If you are searching for a great trainer and genuine bloke you should definitely come and speak with Phon.

  2 x trail class and amazing welcoming team of very dedicated and informative instructors. Coaches were attentive and corrected form. Great authentic Muay Thai with big warm up routine to reduce any risk of injuries. Will definitely be back

  Went to see Phon's Thai Boxing Gym, was a good place. One thing I noticed is it's authentic feeling and decor of original Thai style kick boxing. Phon himself is renowned for his Muay Thai training and being respected by all nationalities.
