  • Great academy to train both for young children, teens and adults. This academy doesn't have to egotism of some gyms. It is open and friendly to hobbyists, fighter, families and whoever would like to better themselves through BJJ. They have a wide range of classes during various times of the day and the coach and senior students are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting to begin their BJJ journey.

  • From the moment I first walked in the door, Brandon, Dorothy and all the coaches made me feel more than welcome. I found a great bunch of like-minded, supportive people who are all there to keep learning and improving together. After 9 months training myself I enrolled my 10 year old daughter and she loves it! I cannot recommend Kaizen Lab enough!

  • I'm two weeks into my BJJ journey and loving Kaizen labs, the community is welcoming and encouraging. The family atmosphere makes it really easy to get started and feel supported as a first timer to a martial art.
