Atherstone MMA is a great place to train, very knowledgeable and experienced coaches, John teaches in a way that sinks in , making classes feel progressive and very enjoyable. They are very professional and will train you for fitness or competition, it's an all round great gym for all ages.

A fab place to train, and they are great with beginners. I was full of anxiety when I entered my first class, but that soon changed with how friendly everybody was there. Highly experienced team, and a lovely, clean environment, too!

My daughter loves trainings here and I see her confidence growing as she progresses. This gym has become a part of our routine and we truly recommend it to everyone who wants to gain skills in martial arts. John is a great coach who builds sessions with care for kids development.

Our daughter wanted to learn some self defence. We contacted AMMA and was contacted straight away and invited down for a taster. John was so welcoming and great with our daughter she is now hooked and going twice a week. 100% recommended by her 👌🏾

AMMA is an amazing gym. The coaching is really high quality and it has such a friendly and respectful atmosphere. I’m in my fifties and it’s my fourth year of training there. If you’re a bit older like me, and you’d like to try MMA, I’d thoroughly recommend coming to AMMA.
