  Love this place so much! My son and I take a class together and it is great mommy/son activity to do together. My son has a really hard time with focus and athletics, but the instructors are so patient with him that even though it is hard for him he LOVES going. I can see such a confidence in him that he knows he can do hard things and enjoy them at the same time.

  This place has been amazing at teaching important life lessons to my kids over the last 2.5 years. Discipline, respect, leadership, perseverance, communication are things my kids will take with them for the rest of their lives. The faculty is fantastic and they turn students into leaders through assisting in classes.

  ATA Helped me with self confidence and the ability to defend myself. I haven't been to a class in a while, but y'all should head over there and see them. They are wonderful people, they remember your name and they are very respectful. They are the better places to learn self discipline in Grand Forks.
