I went for a free class. They were flexible with my schedule. I saw a really good team working together. Very informative material. I strongly recommend.
A solid group of humble humans teaching martial arts but also basic life skills to little humans- teaching awareness, integrity, honesty, and kindness.
AMA is more than just another Taekwondo dojo. They demonstrate their mission day in and day out with how they handle their day to day operations but most importantly how they help kids build their confidence and skills. Our child has been enrolled now for 5 years and we couldn’t be happier with the progress. Our child is on the spectrum and this has never limited him in being part of the group. The staff is patient, caring, firm and willing to learn and work on his level.
This place is amazing!! The staff and the instructors are wonderful with the kids. Our daughter looks forward to her class every week. She has learned self discipline and confident.
My son has been attending for over a year now and absolutely love it. The dedication and care can definitely be felt by the instructors. My teenager loves attending three times a week and I have noticed a great discipline in his daily self thanks to the efforts and supports from Ayala.

AMA Martial Arts has been amazing! My daughter is shy and in this class I’ve seen her break out and excel. Great class , Great instructors, and a great sense of community. We look forward coming in every week to see what she’s learning. Discipline, confidence and respect are very important and they make it a priority every class. 🫶🏼
Our kids have thrived here! We have been here about 3 months and our kids are always excited to go to class. We have seen huge improvements in the focus and respect in just a short time, and my kids are already dreaming about their black belt. Highly recommend for an organized and active program!

After just a few short months our boys are absolutely loving coming to class each week. The instructors make class enjoyable and fun for the young ages while still teaching discipline and expecting excellence. The life skills focus each month along with the regular reminders of good listening, first time obedience, and responsibility flow over into every day life and re-enforce what is being taught at home.
About 4 months ago I moved my son to AMA Martial Arts from another local school and it’s been an awesome experience for both my son and me as the parent. The staff is not only accommodating but they are also attentive and supportive of the children. The instructor spent a few minutes after class one day to make sure my son was prepared for testing the following week. I highly recommend this school for martial arts.
My kids really enjoy the classes. It challenges them in a good way. I’ve seen how it builds confidence. My kids say their instructors are really good at teaching the skills and also fun. Highly recommend this place.
We tried several different martial arts gyms and this one was the best by far. The instructors are very professional and they have so much fun with the kids. Honestly the extra activities such as special events and the summer camps are great events to keep our kids busy. Definitely give them a try.
My son has been training here for almost three years. The staff here is AMAzing! Everyone is so positive and engaged in helping the kids grow. This is a positive training environment and a great activity for kids of all ages (they teach adults as well).
Absolutely wonderful place for your child to learn discipline, self defense, respectfulness, sportsmanship and I could go on and on. We have only been there for about 4 months but have seen amazing progress with our son. Master Ayala runs a very tight shop and is always engaged with the kids, parents and staff. You can tell there is a high standard for excellence at this place. Wonderful instructors that motivate and encourage children as they develop. Can’t recommend enough!!
My son has been coming here for almost a year now. Master Ayala is an amazing instructor and the rest of the instructors are great as well. They teach discipline, respect, self esteem and belief. They emphasize this within every class. There is always enough instructors to give individual guidance to any student that isn’t grasping what they’re doing as quickly as others. My son looks forward to going to classes and has remained interested in continuing his progress there. I would recommend them to anyone and we’re extremely happy and grateful for what he’s accomplished since joining their school. Awesome schooling!
This place is a gem! My daughter started in the tiny tigers program in 2018 and is now a black belt. The instructors and staff are so welcoming and truly care about the kids. I also see a lot of progress in her skills thanks to Master Ayala and his team. I highly recommend this place!
Y’all, there is a reason this place has so many five star reviews. My 6 year old was having behavioral problems in school. Things like talking when he wasn’t supposed to, interrupting his teacher, doing things he shouldn’t to make other kids laugh. My sister suggested I put him in a martial art. We tried a couple places and absolutely fell in love with Ayala Martial Arts. The staff is unreal…they are so good with these kids. They work to instill respect, discipline, integrity, and confidence, among other great character traits. My son has been taking classes since November and now we get emails from his teacher praising him for the improvement in his behavior. Mr. Vargas, Mr. Ayala, Mr. Torres, Mr. Diaz, Master and Mrs. Ayala are great examples to the children and are always respectful and polite. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
Now let’s talk about something else. I’ll be honest…martial arts is one of the more expensive extra curricular activities out there. However, after seeing the changes in my son after just a two week trial, we decided to make the investment in our child’s life. His brother also attends now and they are both doing well. I love watching them get more confident with each class. And they understand that to become a black belt, they have to live the TKD values outside of the dojo as well.
If you are thinking about doing this for your child, just do it. We wish we started sooner.

My favorite dojo I love it. My experience in this dojo has been an exquisite journey as I have found myself among the prosperous black belts of this institution. They have trained me and disciplined me and I am very appreciative of the knowledge they have bestow upon me.
This place is like a second home to my son. He has been coming here for over 5 years and was welcome right away. He has been taught so many wonderful things that help with taekwondo and real life. This is a family atmosphere and the Ayala family is amazing. A wonderful place to teach your kids great life skills.

Been bringing our son here since 2018. Best place for kids to learn discipline, hard work, respect, and self defense. Master Ayala is absolutely awesome and so is the entire staff. They welcomed us with open arms when we moved here from Wisconsin and treat all the kids as if they were there own.

The staff and instructors are amazing! They work so well with the kids and build the kids up in a great way, always addressing them with respect. They notice where the kids need help and correct their moves on the spot. The address the kids by name and give them a great feeling of belonging. My son has been to the trial week and he LOVES it there!

This place is incredible! Super knowledgable and friendly staff and instructors who really pay attention to each individual's (kids in my case) needs. I was worried about my kiddo being too distracted or timid but he jumped right in and loves it. I can already see some improvement in his behavior, attitude, respectfulness and focus. So glad we did the trial and signed up full time!

I can not praise Justin and Christian enough. These two young men do an amazing job with the Tiger class. Their patience is incredible and the care they take with the kids is amazing. My son loves coming to class and I see him improving every week. ATA, these two young men are an asset to your team. Mr. Diaz is pretty awesome too!

My daughter Hannah was awarded her yellow belt today. This is her second promotion in six months. She loves doing Taekwondo, and I'm so happy she's doing this. She has always been a "team sport" player, and this is her first "solo" sport. It builds self-confidence, and teaches her how to defender herself. When I started to look for an academy I visited various places in the area and decided for AMA; the best decision! Master Ayala is awesome with the kids. I have been going to Ayala's Martial Arts for aver 2 years and I don't know what I would do without it! everyone is so friendly and welcoming during the classes. I take the adult classes - Kickboxing and Hyper Fight Club. Master Ayala really cares about the students he is teaching and I have learned so much by studying under him! I am much more confident that I can defend myself due to the training Master Ayala teaches in the Hyper Fight Club. He has so much knowledge and skill I wouldn't want to be trained by anyone else!
Since the tender age of 5yrs old my daughter had shown interest in martial arts. We signed her up to a form of karate in which she excelled beautifully but as a parent i was not quite seeing her being pushed to greatness. When we walked into Ayala's Martial Art Academy I immediately saw the way he pushed his kids to their limits and beyond but most importantly how he was showing them respect and the courage to defend themselves. My heart filled just recently when my daughter came home from school feeling so proud of herself. She had used one of her self defense moves on a classmate of her's that in a playfully manner snuck up on her from behind and bear hugged, her senses immediately responded and she freed herself in seconds. Her classmates all saw it and were in shock of how quickly she responded and asked for repeated demonstrations. That is my TOP priority knowing she is capable of knowing when to react and when to walk away. She is now on her 2nd yr of attending ATA National Tournament in Orlando and i know she will someday follow in Master Ayala's steps maybe even more **wink wink** lol It is a FANTASTIC gym and a FANTASTIC ATA Family. When my son and I first met Mr. Ayala, my son got the biggest thrill breaking a board. He thought it was so special. During the first class he took, we were amazed at the kindness and the professional attention you gave him. Your patience and insight for every child is amazing. My family and I were looking for a local gym that offered something for each of us. I can say it was a blessing that I found a gym that not only meets our expectations, but exceeds them! The professionalism of the Instructor and his wife are first class. The actual facility is welcoming, organized, clean and friendly.
