  I can’t say enough good things about this gym. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed like family. It’s not just a place to work out – it’s a supportive community that genuinely cares about each member’s growth and well-being. The environment is incredibly positive. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, everyone encourages each other. There’s a noticeable absence of ego, which creates a space where people of all ages and fitness levels feel comfortable. It’s refreshing to find a gym that values respect, discipline, and unity as much as physical training. What truly sets this place apart is the professor. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he also leads with patience, integrity, and passion. He takes the time to ensure each person understands the techniques while constantly motivating us to push past our limits. His dedication to both the sport and the people is clear in every class. This gym is a gem – a place where families train together, friendships are formed, and everyone leaves feeling better than when they arrived. Highly recommend!

  Great facility .. nice and clean. , great instruction. Such good families and the kids are respectful. We have loved it and attend three times a week. My kids truly enjoy it!

  I've been looking for a good local Jiu-Jitsu dojo for a long time! Today was my first time attending and it was a great experience! I tried Jiu-Jitsu at one other dojo in the past and had a poor experience which left a bad taste in my mouth. Here the instructors did an amazing job taking time to really go through all the details as they gave instructions on each of the moves we were learning. And I also really appreciated that they spent time to talk about safety and things not to do so that no one's getting hurt. It was a great time learning techniques and skills together with all the other students who were very friendly and welcoming. I signed up for a membership and I'll definitely be back in a long time. If you're looking for a good place to train in Jiu-Jitsu, I would give this one a try! Last time I tried a dojo it was dangerous. The guys didn't know what they were doing. They didn't talk about safety and the membership was a trap. Anyways, this experience was night and day and has definitely helped me have a better view of Jiu-Jitsu and that there could be some good places out there with quality instructing and people who really care for the sport and for the art of it all.
