Sensei Brendan and Sensei Reed bring enthusiasm, hard work, and martial arts skills to the dojo. They foster these traits in their students and provide an atmosphere conducive to learning all the skills necessary for advancement for each belt level. My grandson Ty is in the process of working towards his black belt. It has been a long journey so with hard work, determination, and guidance by his Senseis this goal should be achieved.
I’ve been going for a bit over 6 months at this point the people are great the senseis are great and everyone there could beat me up
Sensei Brendan and Reed are amazing with my 4 year old. He has learned so many life skills as well as technical. We are so glad we choose martial arts as his first sport. He has used the concepts of never giving up when practicing his letters and other school work. He connects the lessons from class to his day to day life. He looks forward to his twice a week classes and loves showing off his new skills and knowledge to friends and family. My husband has been going to this location for years and with the change in ownership it is the best thing that has happened for the kids. My child is super excited to start as soon as he is old enough.

My husband, daughter and I all participate in lessons at Amerikick west Lynn. Sensei Brendan and Senpei Reed take the time to make sure everyone in class understands the lesson and they are always patient when questions come up. The instructors strive provide more then just a karate lesson but a community where everyone is welcome.
My son is five and we enroll a couple months ago to try to help with his focus. And just in the first couple weeks I saw tremendous improvement. The sensei's are knowledgeable, outgoing, and fantastic with the littles.
Great space and enthusiastic staff has made this a great place for my daughter to learn and grow both as a person and as a martial artist. Classes are fun and varied with a good foundation for all athletics.

This dojo is just amazing. We have a 3 year old who just started taking group classes and we can’t say enough good things about Sensei Brendan. He is absolutely amazing with the kids and makes the classes fun and productive. We can’t wait for the adult kickboxing classes to start! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new karate dojo.
Our daughter is 3 and LOVES working with the Senseis at Amerikick! They are great with all the kids and being a positive energy to every class. Our daughter is learning about discipline, focus, and respect… all while being active.

Classes are fun and engaging for the kids, Intense and thought provoking as well as a great workout for the adults. My kiddo has already taken on some of the techniques at 19 months old.
My 10-year-old daughter loves this place. She's been learning self-discipline and awesome moves. She's becoming more confident. The staff is amazing. They make the lessons both fun and educational.
Instructors do a fantastic job with encouraging students to grow, gain confidence, and skills, but also command respect while having fun. Our kiddo has grown immensely with this program!

Excellent studio! Sensei Brendan is incredible with the kids- inspirational, fun, high energy, high engagement. The kids love him and he gets so much out of them. The classes are fast-paced and exciting. I love the emphasis on character traits as well. My daughters are learning valuable self-defense skills and how to be assertive with these classes. They are excited for the special events coming up too! Parents’ night out, a friend’s birthday party, etc. And the convenient location is a HUGE plus!
Brendan and Reed do a great job with the kids. They seem honestly invested in the development of their students and the success of the dojo. Their dedication and hard work is undeniable. Very happy to have them in our lives.
Sensei Brendan is not only a skilled martial artist, but is also an individual with the heart of a teacher. He fosters a fun, energetic environment to learn important life skills, feel safe trying new things, and working on a practice. Our son is six, and we appreciate Sensei’s command of even a large group of young rambunctious children. Impressive!

This is an incredible school which teaches a variety styles and techniques for all ages. My daughter has been training under Brendan for the past two years now. Brendan has recently transitioned from just being a teacher over to teacher/owner of this location. Sensei Brendan and Senpai Reed bring a variety of skills and fun to each class while also promoting responsibility, accountability, and teamwork on and off the mat. Brendan has worked at times during his own personal time with my daughter when's she's had struggles with her confidence or passion for the sport. As a teacher he cares about his students and displays such a passion for the world of martial arts. This place is great for starting out anyone's martial arts journey.
Jamie has been very happy and excited about being part of this. They are very friendly, supportive and have high expectations.
