Excellent gym to get a good work out in! Kickboxing is my favorite class. The gym is equipped with professionals. They have something for everyone and the environment is family friendly. They have different levels and if you’d like to compete, this is the place for you!
Posted 1 year agoI went in with a scared mentality. Maybe I’d run into big strong men that didn’t want to talk or help. Like in SpongeBob when SpongeBob went to the Salty Spitoon. Boy was I wrong. Upon arriving I was greeted by a big strong guy but completely kind. Then another one. They both helped me out. I got questions answered and I joined on the spot after trying out a class. I literally worked out in socks but I can say I felt amazing sweating and moving my body. I felt so confident. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming. If anyone is looking to join, this is it. Def.go in and try a class. You won’t be disappointed. It’s such a nice community. You don’t feel uncomfortable at all.
Posted 1 year agoDropped in for a BJJ class and I cannot speak highly enough of the people and facility. I was welcomed with open arms and invited to the mats for a great lesson with some saints wearing Gi's. Though ATT is not my home gym, they will be my go-to whilst in Indy.
