One of the best things I ever did for my kids. Aside for the physical and mental health benefits their academic performance has improved by implementing the philosophy learned in Kempo to their school work. Master Panetta is amazing with children.

Excellent martial arts studio, sensei, and students! I have practiced there from age 12 to 18. Learned valuable discipline, life skills, athleticism, self confidence and kempo skills while making lifelong friends. Highly recommend to people of all ages and skill levels.

My grandson came here to try it out. His father is the pickiest person when it comes to where his son learns. We all found it flawless. Domenick is a true professional in every sense of the word. He has managed to integrate structure, education, fun and hard work all in one workout. All children are equal. My grandson who has tried boxing and jiu jitsu said this is the bestI have always been a big fan of jiu jitsu, however, I am excited to learn about Kempo. This has to be the best martial art I have been witness to...Keep it up, Domenick Panetta! You are awesome!!!
