Great place my 8 yr old loves it
Brought my son in to try BJJ again after a few years off. He loves going to the East Northport location, Instructors are great and the class size allows him to really absorb and drill what they are teaching. The kids have the opportunity to train BJJ 6 days a week, which is outstanding as some martial arts schools don’t offer that many BJJ classes.

Put my daughter in A-force BJJ since 3 and she is now 4. It’s her absolute fave activity and now mine as well. She loves the professor’s like family. They have helped her grow into an emotionally, mentally, and physically stronger little girl. It’s amazing to watch your child grow and shine so bright that I even joined as an adult trying to get back in physical shape after 2 kids in. Gyms are boring to me and this is such a great bonding journey for my daughter and I. Soon my hubby and son will join. I find it exhilarating for myself and it’s something I truly have a passion for. The A-Force family is truly welcoming with open arms to all. I highly recommend anyone to try them out.

Fantastic school. The instructors are top level competitors with so much passion for this sport. The warmth, patience and compassion for both the adults and children is quite frankly astonishing. I have never experienced this type of positive atmosphere in all my life. A-force will change you and your children's life mentally, physically, and emotionally, like nothing else.
Great academy! The professors are all world class black belts that are always still competing, so their knowledge is sharp and relevant. The team members are all supportive and encouraging. I've been training with Aforce since 2017 along with my 3 children. The kids classes are great with a twist of fun to keep your children interested and wanting to keep coming back! They build children's confidence and self defense skills. There are male and female black belt instructors, so men, women and children all feel comfortable and have great examples for their development. Come take a class....you will be hooked.

I started training in summer 2023 after moving back to Long Island from college. Almost a year in, I believe A-Force and their amazing instructors have helped me discover a lifelong passion. The instructors are professional and incredibly high-level jiu jitsu practitioners. It’s an honor to learn from them.

A Force BJJ is the best gym I’ve been to. I have been training for 2.5 years so far and came here after a year of training. The instructors are incredible with an extreme level of detail with providing individualized training. They are amazing, as well as all the other people who come here. You really feel like a big family. Would highly recommend!

i had come in for a saturday morning class which turned into a nice private with andre. he’s a great coach and this is a great spot if you’re looking to start your bjj journey. i’ve been training for almost 2 years and it’s wonderful to get some privates with a world class black belt!!
The perfect family friendly jiu-jitsu academy! The instructors are great with children and my daughter loves going to class. They are extremely well versed in the art of jiu-jitsu. We have had classes with all the instructors and they are all very kind. I can’t recommend this place enough.
