This gym is great! Family-oriented, friendly clean and always a safe learning environment
Alpha Legion’s coaches are WONDERFUL! They work so well with the kids and make them feel so special and seen, but they also know how to hold them accountable. Amazing place to bring kids for jiu-jitsu. No personal experience with the adult classes, but I’m confident they’re top notch as well.
As a woman I was nervous to start jiu-jitsu but I’m glad I did. I’ve never felt more empowered and confident! The coaches are super knowledgeable and make sure everyone feels comfortable, no matter their skill level. The vibe here is really welcoming, and there’s a strong sense of community. I never felt out of place. What I love most is how safe and respectful the training environment is. Everyone is super supportive, and it’s clear that they actually care about helping you improve. Whether you’re here for self-defense, fitness, or just to try something new, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!
As a long time wrestler the coaches have been a great help in translating what I know to from wrestling to what I can use in Jiu Jitsu. Along with the great atmosphere if grown to understand back no longer equals bad and have had a blast doing it.
Phenomenal Coaches, also love how they have classes for after getting off shift from the fire station. Another plus is having coaches who are firefighters too.
Ive been fighting for years and have been looking for a gym to get my kids started. They were super scared going into it but after meeting the instructors here, they dove right into it. After the first session my kids asked to come everyday after. We’ve been coming for a month straight and the kiddos aren't slowing down at all. They've learned to more technique than i could have gotten them to retain ever. Totally worth getting the kiddos into and learning some life skills. Prices are also probably the beat in town from gear to actual lessons.
Both my children (4yr and 9yr) love coming to class. The coaches are fantastic and create a positive learning environment. I would recommend Alpha Legion for anyone considering trying BJJ!
This gym is the best jiu jitsu gym hands down, not only for kids, but the adults class is amazing. If you are looking for a good workout/self defense for kids, yourself, spouse this is the place to go! Highly recommend! As a veteran there veteran friendly as well! 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Great instruction and great atmosphere! The teaching is solid and the sparring is managed in a safe and effective way. Great to see all levels of grapplers in here training and learning from one another.

A beautiful new BJJ academy on the north side of Colorado Springs, CO! Experienced instructors that maintain a safe environment and clean mats. This is a brotherhood here. Come join the team and train.
I started training a month ago and have learned a lot! I love how friendly everyone is and is helpful when it comes to training for the first time!
Every single coach here is incredible. My boys love coming to jiu jitsu and look forward to it every single day as a highlight of their day, I highly recommend everyone with kiddos to bring their kids here! My kids are 3 and 7.
Rob opened his gym to host the EFC course. Not only did he provide space he took time to teach, coach and guide us law enforcement Officers. I will look to train with him in the future.
The club was great. Rob hosted an leo training which he also participated and assisted with. Super welcoming guy even opening his classes to us at night. A really knowledgeable helpful guy.
I couldnt be more pleased with this company! Not only is it locally owned, rob and his team are veterans/first responders. This team is absolutely dynamite! My son is absolutely in love with jiu jitsu thanks to everyone here! We were recommended by a family member and would highly recommend this place over and over again!! 💪🏼💪🏼🤘🏼🤙🏼
this gym is absolutely fantastic, i’m here all the time and all the coaches are great. i’m impressed with the life skills you learn outside of self defense.
Most fun I've had in years!! Hands-on and intimate! Gi and No Gi. Clean and, most importantly, safe. My advice is to take advantage of the smaller class size while you can. These guys are legit. My first class and we are doing leg attacks on gi day?! You know you are getting the best training. Everyone is welcoming and gracious. I will most definitely be back! Special recognition to the black belt coach, Rob. Thank you for honoring your 7 day free trial considering my rank. Oss!! *blue belt || 130 lb 5' 6"
Great facility and program for anyone interested in their jiujitsu journey. Coach Rob is very knowledgeable and ensures a safe environment with consistent curriculum.
I own my own BJJ school in town, and have personally known the owners of Alpha Legion for years. Trust these guys- you’re in good hands.
Great place to learn an awful lot about yourself. Rob is awesome at teaching. He adopts a crawl, walk, run approach with new students and new techniques. I feel like it’s easy to learn here, challenging and at the same time a super safe environment.
A fantastic place to train, being led by outstanding and passionate instructors!!
Really appreciate the tutelage and experience of the Alpha Legion Jiu Jitsu team. I also appreciate they're willing to work with me despite not being a small guy. The time of the adult class is perfect for me and my busy schedule. If you're interested in learning Jiu Jitsu, I can't recommend it enough.
Great place to train for families or individuals, knowledgeable instructors and very clean. Great place to start a new hobby, learn self defense and discipline. Highly recommend!
Really knowledgeable owners and great space!
We love it here! My kids have a blast learning jiu-jitsu, and I am impressed with the life skills they bring home. Coach Rob is knowledgeable, patient, and professional. As a first responder, I appreciate the flexible class schedule for myself, as well. Ten out of ten, would recommend. You’ll find a great family here, and a perfect place to grow your jiu-jitsu.
Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone interested in Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you are advanced or new, Rob is a great instructor and always makes training fun! As a coach, he's knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented.
