Always and forever love the chance to train at Bom Jiu Jitsu in Castle Rock. Gui, the head professor, is not only incredibly skilled in Jiu Jitsu but also has a genuine passion for teaching and helping his students reach their full potential. His enthusiasm for jiu jitsu is contagious and has helped cultivate my love for jiu jitsu immensely! This last time I was here I had the chance to train with professor Rebecca and greatly enjoyed learning from her! The training at Bom Jiu Jitsu is challenging yet enjoyable. You will always be pushed to reach your fullest potential! I highly recommend training here if you get the chance, and I'm always looking for an excuse to train here whenever I'm in the area!

Our 4 kids started jiu-jitsu at BOM this summer, and it has been a fantastic experience! From the get-go the coaches and students were incredibly welcoming and came alongside my kids to show them the ropes. Each of the coaches are patient, kind, and overall just wonderful teachers! Great family atmosphere, and bright, clean facilities tucked away close to downtown Castle Rock.

My 3 boys have been with Bom Jitsu for 3 years. They love instructor Gui Gui. He is so good with kids. Not to mention the fact that he is from Brazil and a black belt champion. Bom Jitsu is a great family oriented club.

I’ve been training at Bom for a year now after leaving another gym in Castle Rock. I can’t explain how awesome the training is here. But more importantly, your training partners will become your close friends. Come try out a few classes and train with us.

Hard to beat this place in terms of technique and values. I've been training at Bom Jitsu for a year now, and when I first moved to Castle Rock I tried two other gyms before deciding Bom was the right place for me. I was happy to see there was a dedicated women's class, and even more impressed when I learned the professor was a female black belt and 6x world champion! Rebeca, Gui, Michael, and the rest of the coaches are top notch instructors that will push you to be the best you can be, while providing a safe and fun learning environment. Not only has my jiu jitsu game sky rocketed, but also my confidence and overall health. Bom Jitsu is a family oriented gym that will look out for you both on and off the mats, and help you grow as a person. They offer a free week of classes to see if it is the right fit for you. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're thinking about it. You may find a lifelong hobby and awesome group of friends.

Very happy to have found this school. Gui Gui provides excellent instruction and feedback while always pushing you to be better. With a great mix of students at all levels (both male and female), this is the best spot to come learn BJJ.

Want to grow your knowledge or try Brazilain Jiu Jitsu? Looking to get in shape? Looking for a way to challenge yourself and push yourself? Looking for a sense of belonging and comraderie? Looking for a new passion (or to rejuvenate an old passion) in Brazilian Jiu Jtsu? Looking to learn something new that you can continually grow over a lifetime? If you answered yes to any of those questions then I highly recommend you call or drop in Bom and set up a class. Attending Bom changed my life in such a positive way. It checked all of the boxes for the questions above and drew me in to a passion I never knew I had (in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). The coaching staff of the academy have a deep drive to practice and continualy learn the intricacies of the martial art and implement them on the largest scales in competition. The wins speak for their skills and abilities as practitioners, and their classes speak to the amazing quality of their ability to teach and instruct the art. They have a hard-to-obtain mixed environment in their classes that are tough and challenging while simultaneously being a great comfortable platform to learn and grow. The limits of your skill are endless at Bom as they have classes or specialized instruction for any skill level across the board. From the first day we walked in the door, Bom has been like a family to me and my family. We felt included and challenged immediately and we cant get enough Jiu Jitsu in our lives ever since. We know that no matter how far we travel or where we go, we will always have a home in Bom. Truly one of the greatest places on the planet. OSS!

I've never wrestled or have done jiu jitsu. A friend told me about Bom Jitsu and how its a family oriented place. Professor Giu welcomed me as if I was family and made it very comfortable. I'm 43 and everytime I walk in everyone is happy to see you. They take it slow and explain things step by step. If you wanna get in shape and feel as if your suppose to be here, you are. Please come and become part of the family.

It’s rare to find a gym that is both high level but also of high character. But that’s what Bom Jiu Jitsu is. Professor Gui Gui and Mike are not only great on the mats, but they are great people as well. They both have welcomed me with open arms and given me a place that I enjoy rolling at. If you are in the Castle Rock area and are considering Jiu-Jitsu, look no further.

I came as a drop in, visiting from NYC and was met with a warm welcome from the professor to everybody on the mat! The facility itself is enormous and everything is well maintained and clean! Such a great experience. Will be coming back again and would recommend for anybody who wants to train or for folks traveling into Denver, a great facility to drop in and train with some really great folks. Overall an amazing experience.

My Jiu Jitsu journey started in CA. My family and I recently moved to CO in Oct 2021. Finding Bom has been the icing on the cake to moving to CO. We were worried about not finding a place/academy we could call our 2nd home. My husband tried out a couple other academys before we found Bom. When we found Bom, we knew immediately that this is where we belonged. We are all for tight knit academys that become family. If you come across professor Guigui, then you are blessed. He is such a jolly dude that truly LOVES what he does and the people he does it with. His love for the kiddos goes beyond measure. He truly puts his all in everything he does at the academy. Guigui has become family and we look forward to seeing him throughout the week as we train. We also recently got a new addition to our academy, Rebekah. I have been able to train so much more since she joined. She was professor Guigui's student in Brazil. She is beyond talented and gifted. My family will be forever grateful for Bom. Jiu jitsu is more than a sport for my husband and I. We are able to walk in and turn off all the worries and stress of the world. Bom, thank you for the time and efforts you put into running the academy.

As a black belt and former gym owner, when it came time to find a new place to call home I definitely had some thoughts. I am lucky I found Bom-Jitsu Gui and Mike have created a wonderful and safe family environment which I am proud to be part of. The level of jiu jitsu is extremely high but also the people are equally high quality. I would highly suggest coming to check it out!

I had the pleasure of training at @bomjitsubjj in Castle Rock this week. I was welcomed by a group of very humble and amazing people. The atmosphere here is amazing and they treated me like one of their own from day 1 to day 4. I appreciate the hospitality and will definitely be training here anytime I’m in the area. I recommend forgoing any other Jiu Jitsu spot and drop in anytime you are in the area or training here full time if you live in the area!

BOM JITSU!!!!!!!!!! From the second I stepped in the building I was treated like family. I have been around BJJ for almost half my life and I can tell you that it is hard to find a place to train where egos and money are put aside and you are treated like family, I fell very lucky to have met Micheal and Sung they are great owners and even better people. If you are looking for a new BJJ family look no further than BOM JITSU!!!!! I would like to add a special note for my brother GUI GUI, this man is amazing I see him work with the kids here at BOM everyday and makes each one of them feel like they are safe and important. I can say that Gui genuinely cares deeply about every child that comes on the mat and the kids notice that right away( my daughter can attest to that.) I am blessed to call this man my professor and my friend, Gui truly brings out the best of everyone that comes on the mat. So come down do BOM and see for yourself.

This is easily the most welcoming, personable and professional martial arts academy I have ever had the pleasure to train at. No ego, just great instructors and members who are eager to work hard and develop their skill set. Gigi and Mike are both personally invested in the success of their students, and push you to achieve more. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Bom Jitsu, and would recommend it to anyone looking to build their ground game.

We found Bom Jitsu when looking for an academy for our 5 year old. From the second we walked in Gui Gui greeted us so excitedly that we all felt extremely welcome. Gui Gui let our son join the class and immediately included him and made him feel special. The second the class was over our 5 year old ran out and said “sign me up please.” It’s been 3 months and everyday he asks if he can go see Gui Gui and train. After a few weeks of taking him I finally tried it and was immediately hooked. Gui GUI’s knowledge base is amazing and everyday I learn something new and advance. Gui Gui is 100% excited every time you see him. Mike and Sung also are so welcoming and everyone who attends Bom makes you feel like family. This is a very tight knit community and we are lucky to be a part of it! Gui Gui, Mike and Sung are truly amazing people who really care about you, your family and your well-being.

I fell in love with Jujitsu the moment I stepped foot on the mat. Mike and Gigi are amazing coaches that make learning the sport both easy and fun. They have built a clean, family friendly atmosphere that allows for a unique fellowship amongst the team, and you can tell they truly do care about each member on a personal level. I would recommend this gym to all ranks and backgrounds.

If you are interested in getting into Jiu Jitsu whether to learn a new skill, get into better shape or meet some great people, Bom Jitsu is the place to go and train. GuiGui's and Mike's teaching along with the comradery is why I go back everyday. Bom Jitsu trains all ages and has a terrific family friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend trying Bom Jitsu at least once and I promise you will want to come back for more. I have been training there for a number of months now and I can tell you there is no better way to get into shape. Anybody from any walk of life can do Jiu Jitsu, with anything in life half the battle is showing up. 😁

Bom Jitsu is an amazing place to train, learn, and grow both with the art of BJJ and as a person. The atmosphere is truly family-like. This academy has been so good for my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of my life. Gui Gui is a 5-star professor - kind, funny, knowledgeable, and always challenging me to be better and learn more. I'm so thankful for this academy - for Gui Gui and the Bowen family.

Professor GuiGui is an excellent coach, and provides top level instruction that will benefit both the beginner and the advanced practitioner. His style and passion he has for his students sets him apart from everyone else. After training for almost 12 years, I have seen and trained with many different instructors, and GuiGui is one of the few that stands out among the rest. If you are looking for great jiu jitsu then look no further. Go try a class and see for yourself, you will be happy you did!

I started training in February with this group of amazing men and women. It’s been a place where I have learned , grown and felt like family. The knowledge and communication of professor Gui Gui has been instrumental in where I am at today in my practice . My children now train and we all LOVE coming. The professor does amazing with the children and has a gift working with children of all ages and levels . I love how the amount of women now training has grown since I started. It’s so empowering to have these principles and training.

From the moment I first walked in, I knew this place was for me. Mike and Gigi were incredibly friendly and welcoming, as were the other students. Everyone greeted me with a genuine smile and were so encouraging during class. The class itself was AMAZING!!!! It was hard but I loved every minute of it! Talk about a great workout! I haven’t sweat that much since I stopped running on a daily basis 😩😂 Mike was so patient and concise as we ran drills together. Gigi is so encouraging and masterfully skilled! I simply can’t say enough about these men or Bom Jitsu! Looking forward to my next 6am class! Hope to see you there!!! 😎😎
