We’ve been incredibly impressed with Adrenalin Karate School! The teachers have an excellent ethos, focusing not just on self-defense and diffusion strategies but also on building positive self-esteem and confidence in their students. They strike a perfect balance between being kind and firm, which works beautifully in the context of martial arts. The small class sizes mean the kids get plenty of individual attention, and the owner runs the school with real efficiency—sessions are never canceled, and communication is always clear and professional. There’s a strong emphasis on achievement, grading, and overall well-being, which has made a big difference for my son. Since starting at Adrenalin, he’s grown so much—not just in his martial arts skills but in his confidence and focus. I can’t recommend this school highly enough!
Posted 1 year agoMy 9 year old Son has grown so much in confidence since attending Adrenaline Karate. My only regret is that I didn’t start him at an earlier age. Many people think it’s all about fighting and if they take their child they will just want to fight and become aggressive. This couldn’t be more wrong. In fact it’s the total opposite. These lessons are all about self defence, self control and will teach your child respect and discipline. I would thoroughly recommend these lessons with Adrenaline Karate for any child of any age. They are fun and so rewarding.
Posted 1 year agoMy son loves coming to adrenaline martial arts. He is always proud to go home and tell other members of the family about what he has learned and it is great to see. He is so much more confident and focused and I think his martial arts has something to do with it. My son has been to another group prior but has not learned what he has learned in this group. The setting is great and being able to watch him is a lovely thing to do! The teachers and amazing and always very smiley and helpful. All in all we are very happy to be coming here and highly recommend to anyone looking to get their children into a martial arts group!

Posted 1 year agoMy son has been training at Adrenaline for three years and it has been an amazing experience. They have a very child-centred approach and it has been fantastic for his confidence and discipline. Adrenaline always make an effort to make it a great experience for all the kids. Would thoroughly recommend!
