  The BEST Jiu-Jitsu group. The coaches treat my daughter like she is one of their own by pushing her and motivating her. Highly recommend ADG. She has achieved so much in just the couple of months she has been training with them, and has become so confident in her skill.

  This is the best thing I could do for my kiddo. The coaches have been such positive male influences in his life since he started and they’ve done such a great job at teaching him proper technique.   My family and I have been training at ADG for the past year, and I can confidently attest that it has been one of the most beneficial decisions we have made. Initially, my husband joined, followed by my 4.5-year-old daughter. I subsequently joined a few months ago. The community at ADG is undoubtedly one of the gym's most valuable assets. From the moment you step onto the mat, you feel a sense of belonging to a family. The atmosphere is supportive, with teammates encouraging and cheering each other on after every roll, making training more enjoyable and less intimidating, particularly for newcomers. Would recommend 5/5.

  Just wanted to say thank you to Coach Ephraim. I’ve been to so many places with eco-centric, controlling, creepy, faking it, insecure coaches with zero self awareness.
