It's great if you want to learn how to fight on the ground as well as standing up! Andrew, the instructor, is very patient and adapts the techniques to your ability, this allows students of any age to participate. He gives great technical explanations of why techniques work and why they don't and how they can work better. It's also the cleanest martial arts studio I've been in. He cleans and sanitizes the mats every day! It costs about $130 a month, less for children, and if you go 3 times a week, it comes out to $10 a class. He doesn't try to scam you into a long-term contract like the martial arts schools in Las Vegas. You quit and start when you want

Andrew and his gym hold a significant spot in my grappling journey. I was fortunate to train at this academy about 4-5 months, and in that time I saw a huge development in my game by understanding and utilizing the concepts learned from Andrew. He approaches grappling from a real word perspective. Not only will you learn how to control someone to the point of submission, you will develop the cognitive flexibility to rapidly switch your task focus and keep your body athletic and out of harms way. He goes out his way to get people to train, and emphasizes consistency over going all out at every training session. He genuinely wants see his students grappling at the highest level possible regardless of belt rank, age, or physical ailments. I travel often and have trained in many academies. I saw the most improvement in my game and still utilize what I learned. Andrew will not only improve your mental toughness and physical ability, he will also help you create seamless flow and beautiful jiu-jitsu.

My kids love this gym. Owner/instructor knows what he is doing and has amazing patience with teaching. Immediately after leaving class my kids tell me how much fun they had and that they cannot wait to go back. They are all smiles while showing off what they learned that day. They are learning, making friends, and having fun.
