Odin’s Hall Jiu-Jitsu (Paradise location) is an incredible Jiu-Jitsu gym in Las Vegas. If you’re looking for BJJ that’s truly beginner-friendly and welcoming for all ages, this is the place.
Coach Brigham is phenomenal ,knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in his students. The gym has a great culture: clean, respectful, and supportive, which makes such a difference, especially for kids.
Most importantly, this place has given my daughter so much confidence. Watching her grow both on and off the mat has been amazing. Highly recommend Odin Jiu-Jitsu to anyone in Las Vegas looking for a positive, high-quality BJJ environment.
We had an amazing time here before IBJJF Kids CON. My kids loved it here. If we moved to Vegas this would be our gym. Great instructors, the kids at the gym are extremely skilled. Could not say enough good things. Wish nothing but the best for this gym!
This is the best place to train in Vegas. The kids program is the best program, consistently placing first as a team in tournaments. The coaching is amazing. The show love to everyone that walks in the gym. The adult class is deep with talent and Professor Steve knows how to get the best out of each person. Highly recommend training here you WILL become the best version of yourself.

Odins Halls is hands down the best martial arts gym in the city! I started back in 2022 and it reignited my love for martial arts after being away for so long. Since day one all of the instructors have treated me like family. It always helps to have instructors that are passionate about the art that they're teaching because newcomers will see that and be more engaged with the lessons and every class I've been to whether it's Muay Thai, MMA, or Jiu Jitsu, you can see how passionate every instructor is about the art they're teaching. Instructors are very helpful and always encourage you to ask them if you have any questions or want extra practice time after class. Everyone who goes here is also incredibly chill, patient, and laid back and will help you as well. I recently had to take 2 months off due to moving and Steve the owner and the main instructor was very accommodating with letting me freeze my account and even went out of his way to offer that while I wouldn't be able to attend classes during the week, he offered me to come to Open Mats on the weekends so that I wouldn't go too long without getting exercise. I already respected Steve immensely, but him offering that to me made me respect him even more and showed that this is an owner who really wants what's best for everyone who wants to learn martial arts. If you want to learn Muay Thai, Coach Mike is your guy! He always makes sure to carefully demonstrate every drill especially if you're an orthodox or southpaw stance and if he notices you're struggling a little bit, he's always there and not only demonstrates how to do the technique, but why you're doing it that way and why it makes it effective. Coach Joe teaches MMA and the No Gi fundamentals class and his teaching style is also amazing. Just like Coach Mike and Coach Steve, he makes sure to carefully demonstrate each drill and is super attentive and always walking around to make sure the students are getting the technique and if he notices that you're struggling a little bit, he'll be right there to help you! If you're looking to start doing Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, or MMA, this is THE place to go!
Can't mention enough what a great atmosphere Odin Halls has. From Steve to Richie and everyone else in between, they set the tone for excellence and enthusiasm for kids and adults alike
We’re from out of state and Professor Steve was kind enough to let us train while attending IBJJF World Masters. We were pretty blown away from the entire experience.
Facility: huge mat space (multiple suites as well), weight rack, locker/bag area, etc. it was all great.
Vibe/class: the mutual respect and care the instructors show is definitely top notch. You will not feel like an outsider at all. Very welcoming, great instruction during the technique portion of class and the sparring portion of class: full of encouragement, pushed in a positive manner. We also learned Odin’s halls has a GREAT curriculum structure especially for beginners.
Professor Steve definitely built a great culture and to anyone who is interested in beginning their BJJ journey— I’d recommend Odin’s halls 1000x.
I couldn’t recommend a gym even more than Odin’s Halls. I’ve trained at this gym for quite a while now starting from literally nothing and thanks to Coach Steve i’ve grown so much over time and going day by day learning something new. Coming to this gym was so welcoming from the Coaches and even the kids. The kids at this gym are great to train and are surprisingly really knowledgeable pending their techniques. The adult classes are always fun to jump into and train with and every time i’ve been on the mats it’s always people being so welcoming and wanting to help teach individually. The coaches here are constantly trying to be involved and help wherever they can even when the class is packed. If you’re looking for a place to train, this is the place to be
Odin’s Halls has changed my life! I had trouble focusing at school and regulating myself. After starting BJJ at OH, I’ve matured and grown so much that’s it’s become another home for me and family. Amazing place to train in a safe, friendly, spacious, and welcoming environment. Coach Steve, Ron and the rest of the team have a wealth of experience and knowledge; always there for you for whatever questions or concerns you may have along your jiu-jitsu journey.
They have an outstanding kids program as well, I cannot say enough good things about how the coaches take great care and patience to ensure EVERY child is comfortable, learning, and most importantly having FUN!

Both of my children LOVE Odins Halls! Every coach they’ve worked with has been phenomenal and so encouraging. They are both excited to go every single day, which is not something I could say about previous sports. They offer so many class options and teach not only jiu jitsu, but respect and manners. We are in it for the long haul!
I cannot praise Odins Halls BJJ enough, if you're looking for a short review here you go, this is the best Martial Arts gym I have been to and I’d also argue that this may very well be the best Martial Arts spot in Vegas.
I originally came to this gym around the 2019 time frame as a young middle schooler who had fallen out of love with the sport just a few years back, I already had some experience with Jiu Jitsu and Judo in my elementary years but did to complications and a faltering love for the sport and so had decided to leave the gym. Coming to Odins Halls BJJ was the best experience I've had as a young Martial artist, even in 2019, Coach Odin, or Coach Steve was always the man, an expert in his craft whilst also being very easy to understand and a great man to talk with in general. A big contrast to where I came from originally, is no disrespect towards them, but I enjoy the calmer attitude Coach brings. He finds a really good balance between this and his competitive teaching skills. It's no bullshit, especially when you're gearing up for competition. You’ll be worked, you’ll be forced to improve on the worst areas of your game, and you’ll have to show dedication to what you want to accomplish. The coach and his assistant coaches are always there for that process, they provide you with all the necessary knowledge you need to be great and will always be there for you in your corner when you are on that mat, guiding you. I don't think I could give enough praise to the coaches there, especially Coach Steve. They help promote one of the best cultures in any Martial arts gym, whether you are new and looking to exercise, learn self-difference, compete, and beyond, there's a crowd of people here for you. The friendliest people I've seen out of any gym I’ve been to, always willing to help you out when you ask, a certain kind of positivity within the gym that’ll rub off on you one way or another. People enjoy their time, and others take constant 3-5 minute rolls preparing for the next competition. As I said, this is a gym for ALL types of martial artists. You can't go wrong coming to Odins Halls. You see only glimpses of this gym's greatness on social media.
Around the 2019-2020 time frame, I left the gym due to a knee injury, after that came the pandemic, and suddenly I was out of the game for 4 years. During this time away I went to High School and was given glimpses of the “real world”. A lot of bads to go with the goods, and a lot more altercations than I had previously been used to. During this time and my first alteration, I knew I needed to go back to the gym. With a different mindset and a new end goal. I came back to Odins Halls and was introduced to their new Muay Thai and MMA programs, with new faces and coaches I had not been used to. But, as Odins Halls do, welcomed me back with friendly faces and open arms. Every class they offer is amazing, from Adults to kids, beginners to intermediates, and grappling to striking. Odins Halls has everything here for you and a dedicated team to help you grow as a Martial Artist. This is like another home to me, a family I can always come back to and a family worth fighting (or competing) for. This is a place for growth, I know I've grown so much just by committing my time to this gym. I returned at the ladder end of 16, and am now freshly 18 and have obtained my blue belt through dedication, blood, and sweat. I don't ever plan on stopping, I'm just getting started. Odins Halls BJJ instilled that confidence within me. That Dog mentality. I can only thank the gym and Coach Odin for that. I encourage anyone on the fence and unsure of martial arts to try it and try it here.
Odins Halls‘s is an extremely welcoming and family friendly gym for all levels of jiu jitsu. Whether you’re aspiring to compete, lose weight, or just want to have a great hobby that keeps you in shape, this place is the perfect answer. I can’t say enough good things about the coaches and students here. Everyone looks out for each other’s safety and are constantly looking to help one another improve.

Very welcoming environment. I’ve been going for almost 2 years and plan on getting my daughter going when she gets old enough. They often have food available some holidays with an open mat.
Trained many places over the years. Some good, some...well...you know. Odin's Halls has the most open hours, most chill people, and arguably the lowest prices in town.
Kids program can't be beat and the 11am crew is as groovy as 1980s Blondie. Come try for yourself!

I’ve trained here for over 3 years & I love it I hate to quit because I left for college but during my time at odins, I have professor steve, coach gabe, coach alicia all work with me with no fee! They’ve truly just wanted to help me build my confidence with jiu jitsu & competing. Never once have I had a bad experience here. Professor steve truly looks after his students and always offers advice for improvement. Even when I come home for the summer or breaks I know I’m always welcome back at odins hall with open arms. We’ve flown all the way from New Zealand and have been warmly welcomed at Odins Halls. Steve and his staff are fantastic and the classes are run brilliantly. Great level of coaching and fantastic rolls. Next time we’re in Vegas we’ll be back.
Excellent coaches, classes, and kids to train with. They are open 7 days a week. My boys trained here for 3 days while visiting and vacationing in Vegas. A big thanks to Cash and his Dad Chris for inviting us and hosting us while we were in town. These guys are amazing. Cash is a champion, and it was an honor for the boys to train with him and the team. The visitor fees were more than reasonable too. My boys loved the training and learned a ton from Odin's Halls. We can't wait to make the trip back to do it again.
One of my boys competed this weekend and won gold. He mentioned how the training at Odin's Halls helped him earn the victory. Cash also taught him a defensive move that he used in one of the matches.
I trained at Odin’s Hall for 2 months while I was getting ready to move back home to Texas. This was a safe, drama free environment that I was able to just go to and practice high level Jiu Jitsu. I wish I had found this place before I did.

Absolutely fantastic experiences with this gym! Our family decided to give Jiu-jitsu a try for my 7 y/o son last summer. From the start it was very easy to get him involved and excited. We now train 8-12 hrs a week. The coaching staff is superb, as they work well to instruct group classes of a variety of ages and skill levels. They also focus on needs of individual discipline as well. Our family highly recommend giving it a try. Drop in and ask about their 7 day trial!
If you are looking for a great gym in Northwest Las Vegas, look no further! This gym has everything you need to get started whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner. All ages, weight classes, and belt levels are well represented so you will have no problem finding a great group of training partners that will take your game to the next level. Unlike most BJJ gyms, Odin's Hall is open 7 days a week and offers 3 adult classes a day (M-F) & open mat on the weekends (Sat-Sun). They pride themselves on never being closed and are open every holiday so students can get the most out of their membership/training.

When I moved to Vegas Odins was recommended to me by a handful of people. They were so welcoming, I had no experience but the coaches were patient and helpful. Classes vary in experience and size so I get to train with different levels all the time. I never feel uncomfortable if im in a class of all guys and I never feel less important because I don’t compete. Coach Steve has an awesome place and Odins has made my time in Vegas even better.
If you're looking for a BJJ gym. This is the place to be at. Great vibes the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Classes are remarkable and schedule makes it easy to attend. Steve and the other coaches are phenomenal, precise, informative, and very tentative. They also have an amazing kids class for those with kids. I visited Odin's Halls last year on a trip to Vegas, but I've known Steve for many years. He's a great BJJ coach, competitor & training partner. They've got a great vibe going on at the school and it's worth checking out if you're in the area.

My 5 year old son wasn't interested in any sports. Finally we found something he loves. The staff here at Odins Hall is awesome. My younger son that's 3 even jumps in on occasion during warm ups and the staff encourages it so hopefully he will get interested enough to join full time like my older son. They do a great job breaking up the class by age and skill. Coach Richie rocks. Keep up the great work.

Had a great time here at open mat when I visited Vegas. Very clean and everyone was very friendly. Definitely worth taking the trip if you are staying on the Strip!
Youre only a stranger once then you become family. The coaches and students are great people. The higher belts will help you if you ask them. It can be intimidating when you start but when you are consistently going and put all you were taught together it builds your confidence. Great over all, no complaints.

I live in CA and I have family in Vegas that I visit often. I found this gym during one of my visits and it has been the best gym I’ve ever crossed trained. Coach Steve is very passionate about the sport and his students are very kind and helpful during live rolls. I would definitely recommend training here if you’re already living in Vegas or just visiting. This is the gym that I now go to whenever I visit my family.
I’m a 10th planet black belt and I’ve known Steve for over 7 years and he’s always been a great all around guy. I’ve been training with him at his gym since he opened. He’s always been super welcoming to me and he has attracted a great team of coaches to help with classes. I always recommend anyone I know in the northwest Vegas area to train with him. They’ll get quality instruction in a great environment. Great place to drop in and train if you’re just visiting too.

This is a very kid and family friendly JJ gym where they are training little savages. I do attend on a regular basis and they are like a family to me, there is a bond between the team mates and we are cool to new comers and visitors. There are different levels/belts therefore there is a wide variety to train and roll with on a daily basis. Normally everyone is open to roll with me even though I am a white belt haha
There are a dozen of other gals that regularly attend this gym so it’s not male only, there will always be a girl to team up with to drill.

By far the best gym ever! Everybody is super inviting and pad no judgements. The teachers are so great with the kids and take the time to make sure each and every one is comfortable.
While visiting Vegas, they let me stop in and train for free, which was incredibly generous of them. Everyone was really welcoming. One of the members lent me her gi, and the coach Steve seemed to really care about everyone. He took time to make sure I was paired up with someone knowledgeable and checked in with us multiple times. Even though I'm just a visitor and not a regular or a potential member, he and everyone else made me feel very comfortable and welcome. This seems like a wonderful place to train!

Steve Ficca (head instructor & owner) and I started training jiu jitsu at the same time earning our first stripes on our white belt on the same day over 15 years ago. Since then I have witnessed Steve develop in to a highly skilled grappler & coach. What he has created at Odin’s Hall is truly remarkable. The energy and atmosphere of the school is family friendly, focused, and fun. His athlete’s are consistently winning tournaments and that is a testament to Steve’s dedication to the sport & art. As a gym owner myself I look to Steve as an example in martial arts community on how to run a successful program. I first came across Odin's Halls at tournament in Utah. Then I started following them on Instagram. Ever since then I wish they weren't in Vegas. Knowing my son trains at a different gym Steve openly spent over an hour discussing things for me to help improve and keep my son loving him jitsu.
Steve 100% runs the best kids program for jiu jitsu that I have seen from all the tournaments that I have been too. You can tell that they just love jiu jitsu, and winning is just a by product of that.
Vegas has a gold mine. If you are searching for a gym for yourself, or your children. Prof. Steve and his team at Odin's Halls will not disappoint.
I started training Jiujitsu in 2011 when i met Steve and until this very day this man has dedicated himself to his craft and has a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend anybody whos already training jiujitsu or whos interested in learning to stop by Odins Halls Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and learn from one of the best instructors of this sport!
Odins Halls, is such a great gym it’s more then that when you sign up you gain access to a family you never new you needed. You’ll learn and get in great shape. On top of that Steve the gyms black belt and owner is amazing at instructing and is personable. For example, I broke my hands yes both my hands out side of the gym, and Steve has kept in contact with me sense I have been out. I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF SIGNING UP, JUST SIGN UP YOU’LL LOVE IT. Also this gym is Law Enforcement friendly you’ll get great rolls great conversations and meet some damn cool people !

Trained with Steve in the past. Excellent instructor for any level. Has a ton of experience and knows how to adapt Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to fit any person. Great instructor for kids, self-defense, MMA, or anyone who wants to learn.
I have known and trained with Steve for many years and his ability to connect with his students and teach them quality JiuJitsu is what makes his gym in Las Vegas so special. If you are in the LV area definitely train with him, especially if you have kids - he’s outstanding with them as well.

My second trip in Las Vegas. I Came by for some mat time to stay fresh and sharp for a world championship tournament. I mainly stayed with my training partners and coach but my friend Pete had a good time he mixed up his rolls that night and enjoyed himself and I also got to witness two genuine humans in my coach Greg and Coach Steve exchange thoughts on technique with each other. Very warm vibe and welcoming feeling. Gym was easy to find and I got the opportunity to purchase a fire rashguard. If you get to stop by the merch shop as a visitor you definitely need to add their merch to your collection 🙏🏾🔥 overall I will definitely be coming back to train next time I’m in vegas.

I can not say enough about how much I love our second home! We started at Odin's Halls over a year ago and attend classes 6 days a week. Even when my daughter is dog tired she is still begging to go. Steve has created a family atmosphere where the kids are supportive of each other and parents also join in! I have been attending Muy thai classes and love it. All of the coaches are extremely understanding and supportive. Our daughter has a rare motor planning disorder and they will read when she is struggling and help her if needed but not coddle her. They are communicative about how she is doing and where we can work to further advance if she needs to for competitions, etc. They are not just competition hungry either which was a huge deal for my family. They don't push you to do competition if you are not ready and if you are and don't want to, that's fine. Please don't waste another minute not going to Odin's Halls. And again thank you Steve and family for creating our second home, a place where we feel like family and learn how to be the best we can be.

This place was highly recommended to me by an adult friend of mine and my daughter has been signed up here for a couple of months. They do a good job of focusing on techniques and fundamentals while still catering to kids and keeping it fun. I strongly recommend this place.

Came in from out of town to train BJJ... 15/10!!! Great instructor, great people to roll with. Very good learning atmosphere. My kids also do BJJ and I was able to watch their kids program here waiting for the adult class to start - I would definitely bring my kids here if I lived locally as well.
One of the best decisions I ever made was coming to this school. Odins Halls BJJ is one of the best Jiu Jitsu schools in Las Vegas. I have been training here for about a month now and every class has been educational, inspiring and most importantly, fun. The instructors here are very knowledgeable and enjoy working with all the students. The owner, Steve, is awesome! You can tell he loves what he does and it shows in his students. I am very happy to have found this school and look forward to being part of this great family. I highly recommend this school to anyone interested in Jiu Jitsu or learning any form of martial arts. They also offer MMA Striking and Wrestling classes.
One of the hardest parts of joining the school was getting off the couch and pulling the trigger. Anyone out there who wants to better themselves both mentally and physically, this is the place to be. Don't waste any more time and sign up!! :)

My family and I found our way into Odins Halls after searching for a family friendly training facility. Immediately were met with warmth and a welcome spirit. My children I attend their classes daily. It’s one of the best vibes I’ve felt in BJJ gym. They are clean and organized as well as safe as possible during these times. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking to better your skills. They train to compete which is awesome for so many! 10/10 recommend Beginners are welcome with open arms!
I've been going to Odin's Hall for about a year; it is a fantastic place to get in a workout and learn BJJ. Steve is an excellent coach and takes a genuine interest in his students and ensuring that they are progressing. Odin's Hall offers excellent BBJ instruction. The coaching staff are all very knowledgeable and work with you to increase your ability on the mat.
As a parent, I highly recommend this Jiu Jitsu gym! My son has been going here for about a year and a half, and it’s been a great experience. Coach Steve is always there, and he is an amazing instructor; he is super patient and encouraging with all of the kids. My son loves him and coach Joe, the wrestling instructor! This gym is like a big family, and it’s a beautiful thing to watch the kids learn and grow together in an environment that encourages respect, discipline, hard work and cooperation. We are so grateful to have found this gym!
My 16-year-old son started attending jiu jitsu classes at Odin's Halls BJJ in June. He was missing competitive sports and needed an outlet for physical activity. The prices are extremely competitive and my son loves going every single day. But what he found at this gym was more than either of us expected. He not only found a new passion for MMA, he found incredible mentors and friends. Steve Feeka and Joe Tussing, as well as the other coaches, take a personal interest in the students and teach them about so much more than martial arts...they teach self-respect, the respect of others, discipline, confidence, patience, and strength. We found Odin’s Halls a few months ago and both my husband and daughter joined up. It was amazing to me how instantly we became part of the family. Coach Steve and coach Joe are the best of the best. They genuinely have a passion for what they do and are incredible teachers for our daughter. They make class so fun for the kids and give the one on one time that is needed to insure the moves are executed perfectly. The amount of support and encouragement they give every child or adult who steps on that mat is amazing.
My grandson Samuel "Sam" started at Odin Halls Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the fall of 2019. I am impressed with the instruction by Coach Steve and Coach Jay. This is an amazing jujitsu gym. From my first day, Coach Steve made me feel welcome. I have felt my game improve from the minute I joined. The schedule is very friendly with morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend classes. At all times Coach Steve and his high-level assistant coaches are training alongside you and always willing to assist you and elevate you to the next level of understanding. There’s even a great Muay Thai class run by Coach Jeff three nights a week, a perfect exclamation point after gi training. What stands out the most is that no matter what day you choose to train at Odin’s Hall, everyone is always smiling and having fun while learning. It was a very difficult decision for me to leave my previous BJJ school, but I felt at home here right away. I cannot say enough great things about Steve Feeka and his academy, Odin's Halls. I found Steve through the Members of BJJ Globetrotters network and he made our visit to the west coast effortless and loads of fun when it came finding somewhere to train. Steve is a very passionate, attentive and knowledgeable Professor. You can tell how much his student's love and respect him the minute you walk in the door, and you can also see the care that he has for them resonating back. During classes, Steve goes to each group one by one and gives thorough feedback to make sure everyone understands the move being taught in class. This is something I never see done enough when it comes to Professors and teaching. The facility is super clean, and a warm and welcoming vibe with all the students - I can't wait to come back again!

A little over a month ago I made one of the best decisions to start training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Within this past month I’ve already learned so much about the art, myself and have met some really cool guys along the way. Very lucky to have stumbled into Odins Halls, a true diamond in the rough. The atmosphere is so positive and everyone is a pleasure to be around and train with. It’s crazy how a sport can do such wonders for your confidence but also humble you to your core. This is my official gym where I will ALWAYS train when I'm in Vegas. The atmosphere, people and training was awesome. First time I was able to do an open mat on Thursday. This was awesome. Steve is also a fantastic instructor and a sharp businessman. This gym will continue to grow rapidly. Make sure you stop and check them out, especially if you are BJJ Globetrotter! oss
A good family owned business. Coach Steve and his staff were initially great with my 7 year old daughter. She trained for about 15 months and her confidence increased. The coaches started paying her less and less attention when she didn’t want to compete in tournaments and the criteria kept changing for her to get her next belt. They’re great if you want to go the competition route, not so much otherwise.
Not a clean or safe place to roll-the amount of times I’ve gotten staph and ringworm from the mats is ridiculous. They do not clean regularly.
The head instructor is very inconsistent in his practices. Sometimes there are 50-60 people on the mat with little space to roll. The teaching is bare minimum, he teaches very little and spends most of his time sitting on his phone in the back of the room. Doesn’t critique much and, doesn’t have much to offer adult competitors.
If you are looking for competitive, new aged Jiu Jitsu, this place will not benefit you. If you are more of a hobbiest you may find it useful.
