I have been here since December 2024. Each class experience has been amazing. This gym offers the perfect learning environment with highly skilled, patient professors Thais, Boris, Manga, and Nicole, and excellent peers who teach as they roll. The comaradarie is excellent. Slowly but surely I am improving.

A-Force Rockville is an awesome spot to train. The place is super clean and feels really safe. The instructors are great—super chill. Everyone there is respectful and the rolls are always solid. The vibe overall is really relaxed and welcoming. Just a great place to learn, train, and have fun.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is not only only for self-defense but also instills discipline and confidence. I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t tried BJJ to give is a shot. A force is the best bjj gym I’ve been at. It is a family oriented gym that I have made great friends at who are also great training partners. The professors are absolutely amazing competitors and even better people.
A-Force is an amazing place to train. Professors are caring and very knowledgeable, and everyone works together to get better. It’s been pretty life transforming for me, helped me lose a bunch of weight over last year.
Our family (ages boy 8, girls 10 & 12 and a 51 year old) have been training at AForce Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for many years. The professors are professional world class current BJJ competitors. They are all great people that take pride in what they do always providing individual feedback back to help each students grow. The student are all like family. We all help each other and treat each other with kindness and respect. Bjj teaches self defense and confidence which will help your children both on the mats and in the real world. My 5 year old daughter has been training with A-Force since she was 3.5. The experience has been invaluable and the lessons she’s learned and the confidence gained are priceless. All of the instructors are incredible, the amount they learn and the strength they gain in each class is amazing and my daughter can’t wait to go every day. I’ve now joined as well and my experience has been no different! Couldn’t recommend it enough.
I have my 8 years old son attending A-Force and he loves the rolls and the friends. All the professors are great with kids. He is learning BJJ and having fun at the same time. I myself joined A-Force and I have lost weight ever since I started. It is the best 40 minutes workout. The professors truly care and the environment with everyone is very encouraging.
