    As a 51-year-old woman, I was looking for a non-traditional workout that would challenge me physically and mentally—and A-Force Brazilian Jiu Jitsu delivered more than I expected. I decided to try it out on a whim, and signing up for a free class was super easy. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The instructors and students are incredibly friendly, supportive, and encouraging, no matter your age, background, or experience level. I’ve been attending consistently twice a week and genuinely look forward to every class. BJJ has been an amazing outlet—not just for fitness, but for building confidence, sharpening focus, and connecting with an awesome community. If you’ve ever been curious but hesitant to try something new, this is your sign. You might surprise yourself like I did.

    I signed up my two boy’s and they absolutely loved it! The professors here are amazing. They take the time to learn names and each kids skills. We are so happy to have joined the A Force family!

    The best Jiu-Jitsu in LI, Professor Luan is very attentive and ensures that each student learns step by step, Luan is always encouraging students to do their best and with a lot of discipline, I certainly feel like part of a big family BJJ thank you A-Force team

    Signed my daughter and myself up for BJJ with A-Force a month ago. Andre, Luan, Alex and the guys have been professional, extremely well trained and are great teachers. Both my daughter and I are loving the experience and would suggest A-Force to anyone looking to get/stay in shape and have their children learn confidence, stay active and self discipline. Great job Guys!

    Want to make great friends, get in great shape, and learn how to defend yourself than Aforce is the place for you. I walked in 2.5 years ago and it was the best choice I ever made. Learn from world class Professor Andre, Alex, and Ryan. The create an atmosphere of friendship that is built on respect, discipline, and humility. You can call this place a home away from home where you will have a very good experience and make some world class friends!
