    My daughter started a few weeks ago. We've been enjoying it but haven't put it into practice... until now. Earlier this evening her brother was annoying her by chasing and poking at her with a stuffed animal, and she didn't want to hurt him and was trying really hard to run away. Normally I would step in and get them to stop running around the house. But for the first time, I was able to do something different. I said, "stand in the center of the livingroom. If he comes at you, do a take down and restrain him. Protect his head." Something definitely clicked and she did it perfectly. From there, as her brother was trying to escape, all I had to do was say "get side control," "put him in your guard," and "back pack!" and "maintain control until he's tired." During the entire thing, I did not have to separate them or discipline anyone, she protected her little brother's head. I was able to remain at the dinner table and eat peacefully the entire time.

    My kids, my husband and I highly recommend A-force Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy. As soon as you walk in you will feel welcomed. Professor Andre, Alex, and Luan are excellent at what they do. The professors are always helping you and encouraging you to get better and better. They always have the best attitude. You will feel like you are at home. The atmosphere is great and when you are there you feel like you are around family. Everyone there is very nice and courteous. A-force is great for all ages and genders. Everyone is very respectful and will apply everything in the classes. Kids will learn a lot of values that are very important in Jiu Jitsu. Discipline and respect is taught to everyone. We are a part of A-force for more than 5 years and hope to continue for as long as we can. We all train there and we all love the academy. We love all of the professors and all the other students who we now call family and enjoy being around. ❤️🙏🏻❤️

    The professors (instructors) at A-force are top notch and are very knowledgeable. My daughter loves training there and the professors keep the class entertaining for kids while the kids learn discipline. I also goto the adult sessions and they are also amazing. Overall it’s a great workout, you learn some amazing moves and be part of a wonderful community!!

    Moved to the island and was looking for a bjj academy for my 4 year old. So happy we found A-Force. The professors and coaches work well with the children and the environment is family friendly. If I can sum up the experience my baby is having - Being taught respect, healthy life choice through exercise, being challenged, and having lots of fun!

    Absolutely love A-Force! Each school consistently maintains the quality in teaching and professionalism as the others. I always recommended it to my friends and family. The instructors go above and beyond and the other students are amazing as well. Truly a family feeling
