We have had our 3 sons ages 5,5,6 doing the homeschool class and they have learned so much and have had so much fun. The instructors know what they are doing and keep it super engaging for little ones. I recommend this to anyone since these life skills can go with them as they develop and grow. I have also attended the women’s self defense class that is currently the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Kristi and Brad were very helpful in helping every age get to where we needed to be to learn by not making it feel intimidating. Highly recommend this gym.
I love this place! Coach Ross is phenomenal! I am always looking forward to class. I have made massive improvements in a few months. Coach Ross is knowledgeable, uplifting, and inspiring. From my experience here, don't be hesitant because you are a beginner. Everyone here is encouraging and they want to see you become a better version of yourself. As Coach says, we all have a different starting point. Don't be afraid to join because you are afraid you have a delayed start.
Learning to Box with Coach Ross has been an experience worth all the blood sweat and tears. If you want to learn true boxing technique there's no better gym in west Texas.

I stopped in for a class today. They were very welcoming to new Ju-Jitsu students! Could not have been any better! I had such an amazing time! Students and teachers were very helpful and supportive! Next time I’m in Lubbock TX. I’m heading straight here! I highly recommend this gym.

This place has the best of both worlds. If you want a intense HIIT workout, you came to the right place. If you’re more competitive, and looking to compete you’ll be instructed by one of the best USA certified boxing coaches there is.
This place is phenomenal! Ross is so caring and knowledgeable in his field. The gym itself is clean and the people are uplifting. There’s something for the whole family! But I seriously recommend the Wednesday night women’s self defense class!

Coach Ross is a great guy, who cares about his students, and shares his love of boxing with each person who walks through the gym doors. Best striking coach in the 806 hands down. Also very good with teaching young children, has actually combat sports experience, so you know you're getting what you pay for!
Ross and his crew has always gone above and beyond in helping the youth of our community. My 10 yr old daughter has attended several of his camps and has always felt comfortable and enjoyed the learning experience provided. Ross and his crew has also always contributed and have back in several different ways. Myself and our business is behind him and support events for the simple fact of their selflessness and willingness to assist kids from all walks of life!
