    Matty has been a brilliant instructor on the kids beginner lessons. Kids listen to him, they love the lessons and are improving every week

    I visited for just one session but the martial arts family vibe was super welcoming. Great equipment and facilities, very clean. The coaching was great. Sparring was playful and technical, I didnt feel any egos on the mat. There is a beautiful style of Muay Thai being tought here. Thanks to Raff and Matty and everyone else on the mat.

    Excellent BJJ class on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Great instructors, no egos, everyone is looking out for each other. Feels like a great brotherhood.

    Great BJJ classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 8 PM. I appreciate the respectful atmosphere during rolling. Highly recommended!
