If you're looking for a place to grow in your skill and be a part of a great community while doing it, join this academy. I originally joined to be less of an introvert (I had planned on only taking two classes) I'm currently a month and 1 week in and I love it. I've met some amazing people of all skill levels. The coaches make it their priority to make sure you're pushing yourself to the max while having fun! I always feel like I'm learning more than just skills in Muay Thai, but also in life. ....so come take a look!

“I’ve had a passion to learn a martial art for a very long time, specifically Muay Thai. No gyms or academy’s spoke to me on all the levels I was seeking. But starting here with 1 Up Muay Thai Academy, has been such a wonderful experience! I have learned so much in such a short period of time. I travel about an hour and ten minutes for class, but the distance doesn’t bother me because I’m always excited to get the building to start training! Coach Kai and Coach Dinçer have been nothing short of amazing to me and helping my journey become a successful one! If you’re looking for an amazing atmosphere where you can learn Muay Thai and build bonds with some fantastic people…look no further than 1up Muay Thai Academy!”

As a parent, there's nothing I love more than seeing a smile on my daughter's face. After just one trial class at 1UP, she was absolutely hooked. Each day she looks forward to training with both of the amazing coaches. The group interaction and one-on-one time have been invaluable. From the moment we joined, it was clear that these two genuinely care about each student's progress. They don't focus just on skills, but also confidence, and discipline. Definitely come check this place out for yourself!

I have been a member of this wonderful establishment since they first opened. I am completely new to martial arts and self defense gyms. But I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a great workout and learn a new sport. I have had such a great experience at this gym. The coaches are amazing and very experienced. They work with all levels of experience. Come check it out!
