I can’t say enough good things about 10p Tigard. Sam Hardy was my fundamentals coach back in the Portland gym. He truly made it so fun to be in class. Amber has been one of my highly competitive training partners, and rolling with her has taught me so much. The coaches here are highly skilled and know how to break things down so you actually get it. Every class I walk away learning something new. The vibe is super welcoming, and the people here make training even more fun. Whether you’re brand new or have been rolling for years, you’ll feel right at home.

Its a Great place! Super friendly and great mentors. If your looking for a place to start BJJ classes this is it! Im Enjoying every single class, all the people so respectful and my daughter and I we are so happy to by part of the community/ family like place.

I've been training at 10th Planet in Tigard for years, and I can't recommend it enough! The head instructors, Sam and his wife Amber, are absolutely fantastic. They create an inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their skill level. Their teaching style is engaging and effective, making complex techniques easy to understand. The kids' classes led by Blake and Kadon are outstanding as well. They have a great way of connecting with the kids, making learning jiu jitsu fun and exciting. It's incredible to see how much the kids are improving under their guidance. Overall, 10th Planet Tigard is a top-notch place to train, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into jiu jitsu!

The people here are amazing. The classes are fun, fast paced, safe and informative. Sam is the kind of talented, intelligent and entertaining head coach you always hoped to find. He and his team have attracted a good mix of talented grapplers, dedicated hobbyists and families. The teaching is at the cutting edge of current jiu jitsu theory. Yet, there’s plenty of space for anyone who desires to learn and wants a community of good people who support each other. I started about a year ago at the age of 47 and I’m having a blast. Come check it out.
