Wilmslow is listed as the home of a small group of BJJ competitions, with many events actually held in nearby Stoke-on-Trent and Macclesfield. All Stars BJJ is the most active organiser, running All Stars BJJ Cheshire, All Stars BJJ Stoke on Trent and All Stars BJJ Juniors. The Roll Models series runs Gi and No-Gi events for white, blue and purple belts, and the Reorg Fall Open has also been held here.
Almost every event offers both Gi and No-Gi divisions, and most include an absolute division. Around a quarter of events have kids divisions. September is by far the busiest month, followed by August, with occasional events in February, June and October.
