Wigan is a regular venue town for BJJ tournaments in the north west of England. Empire Grappling holds its Lancashire Open here, and All Stars BJJ runs its Winter North event in the town.
Events offer Gi and No-Gi divisions, with absolute and kids categories at some events. November is the busiest month, followed by February.
