Bethlehem's grappling calendar is led by the Finishers Open, a submission-only series run by Finishers Sub Only that returns several times a year. One edition doubled as a WNO qualifier. Some events for the area have also been held in nearby Swiftwater.
The Philadelphia Phenoms have also held PGF qualifiers in Bethlehem. Events here lean towards No-Gi and submission-only rules rather than traditional Gi points tournaments.
