Augusta has a small, regular BJJ tournament calendar led by FUJI BJJ, which runs the FUJI BJJ Augusta Fall Championship and the FUJI BJJ Augusta Winter Championship. NEWBREED has also held its Augusta Winter Championship in the city.
Most events list both Gi and No-Gi divisions, and around two in five include kids divisions. September is the busiest month, followed by February, with occasional events in December.
