π₯ Requirements to Participate
To ensure fair competition and quality standards, the following mandatory requirements must be fulfilled to register:
1. National Qualification
Athletes must qualify through an official WKU National Qualifier or be nominated by their WKU National Representative.
No open registration for athletes who have not gone through official national pathways.
For countries in which there are no official qualification options (such as Montenegro or Iceland) please contact us directly.
2. WKU Membership
Athletes must hold a valid WKU Membership for 2026.
Membership verification will be conducted via MAP number or national team submission.
3. Official WKU Hotel Booking
All teams must book official accommodation through WKU.
All of our hotels include: Breakfast and all taxes
π« Athletes not staying in official accommodation will not be permitted to start.
4. National Coach or Team Manager
Each country must register at least one official team leader or coach who serves as point of contact.
They must attend all briefings and coordinate weigh-ins, protests, and paperwork.
5. Weigh-in & Registration
Official team check-in and weigh-ins will take place on:
Monday, August 3rd (all day)
Tuesday, August 4th (morning only β for late arrivals with written permission)
All athletes must bring:
Passport or ID
Proof of membership (WKUWORLD Booklet & 2026 Sticker)
Medical letter from a doctor stating they are fit to fight (all letters are valid a year from their issue)
