- Rules & Format:

Round Robin (5 closest in weight, experience-level and age), Submission-only with 5 minute time limit. 4-5 rounds guaranteed! Winners of each division will move onto ABSOLUTE (beginner & advanced absolute) - CASH PRIZE for each.

- NO TWISTS OR SLAMS.

- NO HEEL HOOKS OR ANKLE LOCKS (beginner divisions)

- Ages: (8+, 18+ & 40+)

How much does registration cost?
Early registration is $60, normal registration is $70, and late registration on the day of the event is $80. Members receive 20% off.
What is the competition format?
The format is round robin with the 5 closest competitors in weight, experience level, and age. Matches are submission-only with a 5 minute time limit, and 4-5 rounds are guaranteed.
Are there absolute divisions or cash prizes?
Winners of each division move on to ABSOLUTE, with beginner and advanced absolute divisions. A cash prize is offered for each absolute division.
What rules or techniques are restricted?
Twists and slams are not allowed. Heel hooks and ankle locks are not allowed in beginner divisions.
What age groups are available?
The listed age groups are 8+, 18+, and 40+.
What is the spectator fee?
The spectator fee is $20.
What is the coach policy?
Two coaches are allowed per gym. Additional coaches are $20 at the door.
