Thursday, November 12

Advance Weigh-In — Summit Martial Arts 12204 40th Street SE, Unit 32 from 4:00–8:30 pm

Friday, November 13

Doors Open: 5:45 pm — no early entry

Black Belt Meeting: 6:00 pm

Events Begin: 6:30 pm

Continuous Sparring and Kickboxing competitors must be prepared to weigh in.

Saturday, November 14

Doors Open: 8:00 am

Black Belt Meeting: 9:00 am

Opening Ceremonies: 9:30 am

Featuring a Lion Dance by the Jing Wo Cultural Association.

Divisions & Brackets

Final divisions and sparring brackets will be published Friday, November 13.

We work carefully to create fair, competitive divisions based on the athletes registered, including minimizing single-athlete divisions and balancing sparring brackets wherever possible.

Sparring Gear

All sparring competitors must arrive with approved protective equipment for their division. Equipment requirements will be strictly enforced.

Mouthguards are mandatory for all sparring competitors. Groin protection is mandatory for all male sparring competitors.

Competition Floor

Once competition begins, floor access is limited to judges, competing athletes, volunteers, and approved coaches.

Parents and spectators must remain in designated bleacher areas and keep competition and viewing areas clear.

Spectator Admission

Spectator admission is not included with tournament registration. You can pre-pay with your registration or CASH ONLY at the door.

Children under 5: Free

All other spectators: $5 per person

Code of Conduct

Compete hard. Respect is non-negotiable.

Athletes, coaches, parents, and spectators are expected to treat judges, volunteers, opponents, and other families with respect and follow tournament rules and staff instructions. Abusive, confrontational, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
