TWO DAY EVENTS ARE BACK!
Thanks to the support of our amazing community, we have decided to bring back two day events. All KIDS brackets compete on SATURDAY, and the ADULTS follow on SUNDAY! Bring every one down - it's an event for the whole family!
The doors to the event will open at 8:30am with fights to follow at 9:30am on BOTH days!
SPECTATOR FEE:
$15 per day
OR
$20 for both days
COACH PASSES:
All Coaches must apply for a Coach pass by emailing info@canleaguebjj.com BEFORE Late Registration closes. Each team is permitted to have 2 coaches register for a coaches pass.
Who gets FREE admission?
- ONE parent per child 12 years old and UNDER
- TWO coaches per team

- ALL children under the age of 8

DAY ONE: KIDS GI / NO GI
**Adults AND Masters will be in the same bracket in the absolute divisions**
DAY TWO: ADULT GI / ADULT GI ABSOLUTE / ADULT NO GI / ADULT NO GI ABSOLUTE

Early Bird: $80 - 1 Division / $130 - 2 Divisions
Normal: $90 - 1 Division / $150 - 2 Divisions
Late: $110 - 1 Division / $170 - 2 Divisions

Normal: $110 *Free admission into absolute*
Late: $130 *Free admission into absolute*
**You MUST make weight and be ready to compete in your respective weight class in order to participate in the absolute divisions*
**There will be a 30 minute intermission between ALL Gi and No Gi divisions on each day**
**Your final day to change your class (belt,age AND/OR weight) is at 11:59pm on the 31ST OF OCTOBER. Any requests to change after this date will be denied**
**Refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis. Please note that failure to arrive to the event, failure to make weight or missed matches do not qualify for a refund.**
**Athlete edition deadline is OCTOBER 31ST. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO CHANGE DIVISIONS AFTER THIS DATE**
**ALL ATHLETES MUST MAKE WEIGHT ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. FAILURE TO MAKE WEIGHT WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION**
MOVEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
No movement requests are processed by CLBJJ Staff via email while Registration is open.
Changes to any Athlete's Registration, or Cancellation to any Athlete's Registration, MUST be initiated by the Adult Athlete or Youth Athlete's Parent/Guardian in Smoothcomp. Login to your profile and select "My Account". Then, click "Edit" for this event. To cancel an athlete's registration, click "Cancel".
NO MOVEMENT REQUESTS ARE PERMITTED AFTER LATE REGISTRATION CLOSES AND OUR SCHEDULE IS RELEASED. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE IN THE APPROPRIATE WEIGHT CLASS BEFORE LATE REGISTRATION ENDS.
Adult Athletes, and Parents/Guardians of Youth Athletes, are SOLELY responsible for ensuring they are registered in the proper weight category BEFORE Late Registration Closes.
NO movement accommodations are made the day of the event.
