REFUND POLICY
We have the best refund policy. Get 100% refund for any reason until October 12th at 12:00pm. No refunds for any reason after that. So register early as this event and it will fill up. In the past we have let people register late but please understand we will not do that this time for any reason.

RULES
On tournament Saturday we will be following the IBJJF rules set for both gi and nogi. Please visit IBJJF.org/rules and get familiar with rules that will pertain to your division.

ALL COMPETITORS MUST BE ON WEIGHT OR YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
It is your responsibility to weigh your child in WITH A GI ON and register them in the correct division (please do not guess your child's weight). Due to safety reasons for the children, their weight must be accurate with the gi.
COMPETITORS WHO DO NOT MAKE WEIGHT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
Weigh is station will be open between 3:00pm and 6:00pm Friday October 16th 2026
Youth Divisions will have a 2 lb allowance
Adult Divisions will have a 1 lb allowance
This is a Gi and NOGI tournament.

Kids 8:00am (Saturday)
Adults: 10:30am (Saturday)

-IBJJF Rules and match length times
-Two matches guaranteed
-Athletes must weigh in in the Gi and Belt
-Kids weigh in at 8:00am
-All kids should be weighed in and ready to compete by 9:00am

When does registration close?
Tournament registration closes October 12th at 12:00pm. Late registrations will not be accepted.
What is the refund policy?
A 100% refund is available for any reason until October 12th at 12:00pm. No refunds are available for any reason after that; refunds are processed by logging into your account and clicking refund.
What are the registration prices?
Youth registration is $90 and adult registration is $105. Adding No-Gi costs $35, and adding an absolute division costs $30.
Does the tournament include Gi, No-Gi, and absolute divisions?
Yes. This is a Gi and No-Gi tournament, and No-Gi adult absolute divisions have been added.
When are weigh-ins?
A weigh-in station is open Friday October 16th 2026 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. On Saturday, kids weigh-ins open at 8:00am and adult weigh-ins open at 10:30am.
What are the weigh-in requirements and allowances?
All competitors must be on weight or they will be disqualified. Youth divisions have a 2 lb allowance, adult divisions have a 1 lb allowance, and kids must weigh in wearing the Gi and belt.
When should kids be ready to compete?
Kids weigh in at 8:00am and all kids should be weighed in and ready to compete by 9:00am.
What competition format is used?
Kids divisions have two matches guaranteed. Adult divisions are single elimination.
