Format: Depending on the bracket size we offer best of three, round robin, and modified double elimination brackets to ensure everyone gets more than one match.

Age Standards: Age 4 and Up

IMPORTANT DATES

Early Bird registration deadline: 18 Dec (11:59 pm)

Normal registration deadline: 15 Jan (11:59 pm)

Late registration deadline: 25 Jan (11:59 pm)

Check Day (last day to change weight without fee) is the Wednesday before the event.

Merging of uncontested divisions will happen the Wednesday before the event.

The schedule will be published the Thursday before the event.

Doors Open/Weigh-ins begin: Day of event (8:00 am)

Matches Begin: Day of event (9:30 am)

You have up to one hour to weigh-in prior to the start of your division. Please update and check Smoothcomp as times may change based on bracket restructuring or how fast/slow the competition is going.

SPECTATOR FEE:

All spectators over the age of 12 years old must have a spectator pass.  Passes may be purchased at the door upon entry of the venue.

  • Spectator fee: $20.

Each academy will receive at least 1 free coaches pass. The amount of free passes depends on how many students from that academy are registered for the event. At least 1 free pass per 5 students will be available. Coaches do not need to message in before the event.
