The Dojjo Open Challenge has the honor of inviting all athletes and their teams to participate in the following event:

REGISTRATION

Registration must be completed through the Smoothcomp platform by 11:00 PM on October 18, 2026, with payment fully completed by that date.

  • Support: Athletes who have questions or experience difficulties during the registration process should send a WhatsApp message to +34 605 58 13 35. The date and time of the support request will be recorded.
  • Note 1: Support will not be provided for requests made after 11:00 PM on October 18, 2026.
  • Note 2: Registration may close before the deadline if the maximum number of athletes established by the organization is reached. Early registration is strongly recommended.
  • Note 3: Registration deadlines may be extended at the discretion of the organization.

AUTHORIZATION AND TERMS

By registering, the athlete agrees to:

  1. The use of their image in any media before, during, and after the competition.
  2. Medical assistance provided by sponsors or by the organization, releasing both parties from liability for any accidents occurring during the matches.
  3. Registration Procedure: Registration must be completed online through the official system. The coach or athlete must complete the registration form, upload the required documents/photo, and accept the terms and conditions (for minors, acceptance must be given by a legal guardian).
  4. Insurance: The competition includes sports accident insurance with coverage of up to €1,500 per accident. Private insurance is recommended for serious injuries.

CATEGORIES & AWARDS

  • Festival Kids (Ages 4–12): Recreational activities and matches without rankings. All participants will receive a gold medal.
  • Belts: White, Grey/Yellow (combined), Orange/Green (combined), Blue, Purple, Brown, and Black (separate divisions).
  • Medals: Gold, Silver, and two Bronze medals will be awarded in each weight division.

CASH PRIZES (OPEN CLASS / ABSOLUTE)

Cash prizes will be awarded according to the number of registered athletes in each division:

  • 100% of the prize: Minimum of 10 athletes.
  • 50% of the prize: Between 7 and 9 athletes.
  • 30% of the prize: Between 2 and 6 athletes.
  • Note: Divisions with only one registered athlete will not be eligible for prize money. At least one match must take place for the prize to be awarded. Athletes must hold a valid 2026 membership.

  • Black Belt (Adult & Master): €350
  • Brown Belt (Adult & Master): €300
  • Purple Belt (Adult & Master): €250
  • Blue Belt (Adult, Master & Juvenile): €200
  • White Belt (Adult, Master & Juvenile): €150

TECHNICAL INFORMATION & RULES

  • Weigh-in: Athletes must weigh in without the belt and without the kimono jacket (top).
  • Uniform: Reinforced kimonos are permitted for athletes up to 9 years of age. From 10 years old onwards, competitors must wear woven (braided weave) kimonos.
  • General Verification: Available on Smoothcomp from October 18 to October 20, 2026.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted by 11:00 AM on October 20, 2026.
