Event-day weigh-in is Saturday, 14th November 2026 from 08:00-09:00 at Pavelló Municipal Vinyols.

Missing the weigh-in time results in disqualification. Athletes may weigh in at any available weigh-in time, there are no weigh-ins immediately before the match, athletes must wear shorts + t-shirt or tracksuit, and must bring valid photo ID: DNI, NIE, or Passport.

Kids categories use a Round Robin system with a minimum of 2 guaranteed matches. Adults and Masters use a standard Single Elimination system.

The event includes Kids, Juvenile, Adult, and Master 1–4 categories. Listed divisions are Kids 1, Kids 2, Kids 3, Infant, Junio, Teen, Youth/Juvenile, Adult, Master 1, Master 2, Master 3, and Master 4, with GI and NO-GI availability varying by age group.

Athletes who cancel their registration until 7th November 2026 at 22:00 are entitled to an 80% refund. If the event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organization’s control, refunds will be issued as a credit voucher valid for any future 4eevents tournament.

Vinyols i els Arcs once again opens its doors to all competitors and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu enthusiasts through the Challenge Series circuit, following the wonderful reception of its last edition.

Athletes in the children, juvenile, adult, and master categories, of all levels, will be ready to deliver top-level entertainment in a spectacular event where Jiu-Jitsu can be enjoyed in its purest form.
