REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your registration by 11:59 PM on October 18, 2026, we will offer a 100% refund of the registration fee.

If you cancel your registration by the event deadline of November 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM, we will offer an 80% refund of the registration fee.

*IMPORTANT: In the event that the event is affected by causes beyond the organization's control and we are forced to postpone or cancel the event, the registration fee refund will be issued in the form of a VOUCHER that can be used for any other event organized by the SPAIN BJJ TOUR.

To cancel and receive a refund, the athlete must do so from their profile by canceling their registration.

Refunds take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the card.

Weigh-in Rules

1- Any participant who fails to appear at the scheduled weigh-in time will be disqualified.

2- Participants may appear to weigh-in at any of the available times; a double weigh-in is not required.

3- Weigh-ins will not be permitted before the bout. We remind you that weigh-ins can only be done before the start of the competition.

3- Participants must arrive for the weigh-in wearing shorts and a T-shirt or tracksuit.

4- An official photo ID is required for identification: ID, NIE, or PASSPORT.

5- The official weight measurements for this event are in kilograms and are the same for both modalities, both with a GI and without a GI (NO-GI).

The participant is responsible for booking their own accommodation.

*The competition has limited sports accident insurance, which will cover any accidents caused by the competition only on the day of the event.

*We recommend that athletes have valid sports insurance to participate in the event.

LIMITED SEATS

If the maximum number of athletes for this event is reached before the registration deadline, the organizers reserve the right to close registrations before the indicated deadline.

Pre-registration does not guarantee participation; the organizers recommend paying the event registration fee before purchasing travel tickets.
