POLITICA DE REEMBOLSO
Reembolso de 100% del valor de la tarifa de inscripción al cancelar la inscripción hasta el día 21-09-2026 las 23:59h.
Reembolso de 80% del valor de la tarifa de inscripción al cancelar la inscripción hasta la fecha limite para este evento, el dia 13-10-2026 las 23:59h.
*IMPORTANTE: En el caso de que el evento se vea afectado por causas ajenas a la organización y nos veamos obligados a aplazar o cancelar el evento, el reembolso de la tarifa de inscripción se hará en forma de un CUPÓN que podrá ser utilizado en cualquier otro evento organizado por el CIRCUITO CANARIO BJJ.
Para cancelar y recibir el reembolso el atleta deberá hacerlo desde su perfil cancelando la inscripción.

NORMAS DEL PESAJE
1- El participante que no comparezca en la hora estipulada para el pesaje será descalificado.
2- El participante deberá presentarse para el pesaje vestido con pantalón corto tipo shorts y camiseta o chandal.
3- Para identificarse es necesario llevar un documento oficial con foto: DNI, NIE o PASAPORTE
4- Las mediciones oficiales de peso para este evento están en KILOGRAMOS y es el mismo peso para ambas modalidades, tanto con Kimono (Gi) cuanto sin kimono (NoGi).

*Observación: la edad de un atleta va en función del año, no de la fecha exacta de nacimiento.
Ejemplo: un atleta que tenga en el día de la competición 17 años pero que ese mismo año cumplirá los 18 años se considera para el sistema como "atleta de 18 años" y deberá competir en Adulto.

ABSOLUTE (OPEN WEIGHT)
- Para los cinturones: ⚪️ WHITE, 🔵 BLUE, 🟣 PURPLE, 🟤BROWN, ⚫️BLACK.
- Solo el 1º🥇, 2º🥈 y 3º 🥉 clasificados podrán asistir al absoluto.
- Absoluto ⚫️ Cinturón Negro todos los participantes pueden ir al absoluto.
- Para que se celebre un Absoluto tiene que haber como mínimo 2 atletas de academias diferentes en cada categoría de absoluto.
- Cada Academia/Equipo puede inscribir hasta 2 atletas del mismo Team.
- El atleta que elija participar en una categoría inferior a su categoría de edad, para el ABSOLUTO podrá participar en la CATEGORÍA ABSOLUTO correspondiente a su edad.
- La inscripción para el absoluto deberá ser realizada hasta 15´ minutos después de haber recibido la medalla.

- Si se alcanza el límite máximo de atletas para este evento antes de la fecha límite de inscripciones, la organización se reserva al derecho de cerrar las inscripciones antes de la fecha límite indicada.
- La previa inscripción no garantiza la participación, la organización recomienda formalizar el pago de la inscripción del evento antes de comprar los billetes del viaje.

What are the registration deadlines and prices?
Normal registration is until 21 DE SEPTIEMBRE: GI 45€, NO-GI 45€, and GI + NO-GI 70€. Late registration is until 13 DE OCTUBRE: GI 60€, NO-GI 60€, and GI + NO-GI 95€.
How much are spectator tickets?
Public entry for spectators is 7€.
What are the weigh-in times and requirements?
Early weigh-in is Friday, 16 de OCTUBE, 2026 from 18:00h to 20:00h at Pabellón Miguel Angel Diaz Molina, Puerto La Cruz, Tenerife. Event-day weigh-in is Saturday, 17 de OCTUBRE, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 09:30 a.m. at the same location.
What are the weigh-in rules?
A participant who does not appear at the stipulated weigh-in time will be disqualified. Participants must weigh in wearing shorts and a T-shirt or tracksuit, and must bring an official photo ID: DNI, NIE, or PASAPORTE. Official weight measurements are in kilograms and the same weight applies for both Gi and No-Gi.
When will brackets and schedules be available?
On 15 de OCTUBRE, the program with match times and pairings will be available in the “Brackets schedule” link.
What is the refund policy?
A 100% refund of the registration fee is available when cancelling until 21-09-2026 at 23:59h. An 80% refund is available when cancelling until 13-10-2026 at 23:59h. If the event is postponed or cancelled due to causes outside the organization, the refund will be issued as a coupon usable at any other CIRCUITO CANARIO BJJ event.
How can athletes edit or cancel their registration?
Athletes can edit or cancel from their profile by going to Menú > Mi cuenta > Editar / Cancelar. The last day for athletes to edit is 13 de octubre until 23:59h; on 14 de octubre until 23:59h, only professors can edit by emailing circuitocanariobjj@gmail.com.
Who can enter the Absolute divisions?
Absolute is available for White, Blue, Purple, Brown, and Black belts. Only 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place athletes may enter, except Black Belt Absolute where all participants can enter. Registration for Absolute must be completed within 15 minutes after receiving the medal.
Can registration close before the deadline?
Yes. If the maximum athlete limit is reached before the registration deadline, the organization reserves the right to close registration early. Prior registration does not guarantee participation, and the organization recommends completing payment before buying travel tickets.
