My son trains at B-52, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Coach Josh has incredible patience and really knows how to work with kids. He keeps them focused, teaches real technique, and still makes the class fun. GREAT GYM AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I started training at B-52 Jiu Jitsu two weeks ago, and it’s been an awesome experience. It’s veteran owned, which brings a great sense of discipline and respect to the gym. Coach Josh the owner looks like a badass, but he’s extremely beginner friendly. I came in with zero experience, and he’s already helped me progress way faster than I expected. The environment is safe, fun, and competitive, and everyone pushes each other to get better. Even though I’m still new, I’m starting to understanding the techniques, and it’s starting to show on the mat. I only have good things to say about B-52 this place makes me want to stay as long as possible.

I have my son and daughter enrolled in B-52 they love it my 4yr old son is a hard one and professor josh is absolutely incredible with him. Very patient and understanding. He has his own way of teaching the young ones where he can get down on their level but still yet be stern and disciplined. My 9 year old daughter has found her passion she absolutely loves it and I couldn’t be happier for her to be at B-52. Again professor Josh has a way of teaching where young children can grasp it and understand the concept of what he’s putting on the mat. We travel the US for a living and only have a few months here I hope we can find somewhere equivalent for my daughter to learn. Professor Josh doesn’t only teach jiu jitsu he teaches confidence, respect, and perseverance. I highly recommend B-52 and their team to instruct and teach your kids about this beautiful art.

B-52 Jiu-Jitsu Academy is hands down the best place to train in Middle Georgia. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about helping every student grow, whether you’re a beginner, competitor, or just training to get in shape. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, with a real sense of community and respect on the mats. What sets B-52 apart is how much attention they give to detail in their instruction, while still making every class fun and challenging. The kids’ program is fantastic, and the adult classes push you to improve every day. The fact that it’s veteran-owned makes the culture even stronger, discipline, camaraderie, and accountability are built into everything they do. If you’re looking for a place that combines world-class Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and martial arts training with a family-friendly, community-first vibe, B-52 is it. Highly recommend checking it out!

B-52 has an amazing kids program. We’ve seen our son grow and learn a lot in the past year. Josh is an excellent teacher, and strikes a great balance between fun and building discipline and skill. My husband also attends the adult classes and appreciates how much he’s been able to learn and achieve. Highly recommend the school for both kids and adults!

Awesome gym with high level training for people of all experience levels, sizes, ages, etc. Whether you want to compete, learn some self defense, or just get a good workout in, this is the gym to be at in Middle Georgia. Josh knows his grappling inside and out. Great group of members. Everyone gets along well, and new members are immediately part of the gang.

Josh Adams is a a very skilled and knowledgeable instructor and talented competitor. He is also a veteran and all around great person! As a fellow black belt and gym owner I highly recommend B-52 to anyone looking to start or continue to grow in their jiu-jitsu journey.

I'm so grateful that they offer a class for homeschool kids. It has been such a supportive environment for my son to break out of his shell and start making friends. Josh and his wife Caroline truly care about each individual who attends they both go out of their way to make sure your child is successful. One thing I appreciate is my child isn't "just another body" he is seen and cared for. I feel so blessed we found this studio!

My son absolutely loves attending class here! He has gained so much self confidence in just a few short weeks. I’m so thankful we did the free trial class. I can’t wait to watch him continue to grow and learn. The instructor is so patience with the kids and they have so much fun. I highly recommend trying out a class especially if you have a high energy kiddo. 10/10

Hands down Josh is one of the best around! I make almost a 2 1/2 hour round trip daily just to be able to learn from Josh. Although Josh is a great jiu jitsu practitioner and teacher, he’s also a great life coach as well. Not only will Josh teach you the most efficient ways of jiu jitsu but he will also help you with your fitness goals and steer you in the right direction inside and out of the gym. If you’re contemplating on attending this gym and unsure, just drop by for 1 session and I promise you that you’ll leave with full confidence knowing you a jackpot of a gym.

A dynamic place where physical fitness and martial arts coincide each other. Josh has always left an impression with training and health expertise, now you don't have to experience them separately. If you're interested in your own health and mental well-being, this is the place to be!

Josh is a great instructor and overall great individual to be around. If you’re looking for someone to teach you jiu jitsu and you want the absolute best instruction I’d say he would be hard to beat in the Middle Ga area. He’s someone completely dedicated to bringing up the room around him and you can tell that at an instant from stepping in the room at B-52. Definitely would recommend!

Josh's passions for jiu-jitsu is palpable and his dedication to coaching his students is second to none. Doesn't matter if you are a brand new student or a seasoned practitioner, if you are in middle Georgia you would be doing yourself a disservice by not checking out B-52 Jiu-Jitsu.
